They reacted at once when they learned of the faulty bike sensor I got sent by Smarta Saker.

1 out og 5 to reseller Smarta Saker in Sweden. It took them 6 weeeks to solve the problem….

The product helps you keep track of where your bicycle is and it also can reduce the cost of insurance. It fit well into the handlebar.

Two reason why it doesn't get 5 stars:
- They should have included a plug that looks the same that you can put on the opposite side of the handlebar, then you won't see difference on the two sides.
- The best battery saver mode where it only uses GSM is not valid for insurance (in Norway). I don't see a particular reason for this and they should renegotiate this with insurance company.

Excellent product. This is the tracker you need if you value your bike and want to protect it as much as possible.

Great product with very supportive customer service. I've had some trouble with trackers not charging, but I've been met and heard in every step when trying to get it resolved.

fabulous help. I lost the device my fault but Bikefinder sent another free of charge and we super helpful all the way. Customer service and care is just what is needed and makes me stay with a company that actually looks after customers. The product is also good too!

The product is great. Works very well. The set up and website guidance is great. No problems at all.

Great app and tracker for piece of mind for your bike. Attractively priced and works well, and if someone even in my home/garage knocks into my bike I’m alerted (using the setting I’m using). Obviously I hope I never have to use this properly and don’t want to lose my bike, but great to know the tracker works well. Battery life also great, and support are very helpful.

Tracker never worked propertly and gps would not update. They then had the cheek to take out 2 years subscription out of my account of in excess of £300 which is somethign that I did not sign up for. They have agreed to refund some of it but this does not seem fair.

Sometimes the GPS dont update the position.
But i need to use the device longer time to see how it doing.

4 stars for bikefinder´s smart look and handling.

The fifth star is missing, it would belong to the functionality of bikefinder, because I couldn´t check if bikefinder works well when the bike is stolen.

After many years of testing other systems I‘m convinced, BikeFinder fits my demands at best.
