Security, not so correct in location

Not happy with this product . I'm thinking about sending it back. Not good GPS signal and the app never updates in time so if you park up your bike the app still tells you the wrong location.

72 hours for a reply on email 6 hours during a chat window kept on hold
Company I purchased the tracker from took 6 weeks to refund me
Staying clear from both supplier and company who supply the trackers

Får 1 "ny" for att dem vill vere snill sier den og da sender di meg faen en brukt tracker som ikke tar lading😫😫😫 sier det til dem og føler nestn som att jeg blir beskylt for og lyge til dem da di sier att det er jo rart trackeren funka og tok lading hoss dem men ikke hos meg

It works pretty good, no matter where bike ever was, till now!

I had problems with my Bikefinder product that I bought from a different shop. I opened a Bikefinder support ticket about it. I got fast response but I couldnt get that unit working, si I returned that one. Customer support send me new one for free (I didnt even ask for it).
I had same hiccups with that unit but I got it up and running. So. 5 stars for customer support, not so many for the product. But when you get working one, its great. I love it.

I believe they are the cheapest trackers with insurance out there they are very affordable
& very helpful customer service is 10/10

You have to be connected with a strong signal, at least 4G, otherwise you will not find your bike close enough to the exact location. At least in France. So if you buy this device for a travel, not to use the city, be sure to "wake up " the device with bluetooth when you left your bike. The battery it's fine if you don't use the high level of security.

The handling of my request was fast and friendly, the solution to my problem generous.

Device did not charge at purchase.

The dealer directed me to Bikefinder, which I found unacceptable. After contacting Bikefinder, the dealer received the following message:

"I reached out to Bikefinder regarding your device and was informed that when new in the package, they are initially set to sleep mode. To activate the device, it needs to be charged using a proper adapter that supplies sufficient power. It may take up to 2 hours for the lamp to light up and start the battery charging process.

If a low-power adapter is used, the charging process may take longer. Their suggestion is to charge the device with a suitable adapter for at least 5 hours before assessing if any issues persist."

Despite following these instructions, the issue remained unresolved. Consequently, I returned the product to the retailer citing the Distance Shopping Act.

location ist mostly bad (more than 1 km), update not possible, bluetooth breaks down often, warning sound not remarkable. Support always too late. I am not really happy with that.

Mein erster Bikefinder war durch einen Produktionsfehler leider von Anfang an defekt. Der Support wollte mir daher einen neuen Bikefinder zuschicken. Das ist mittlerweile fast einen Monat her. Zwischenzeitlich hab ich noch mal per Mail nachgefragt. Man wollte sich kümmern und dann melden. Das ist mittlerweile auch wieder elf Tage her und natürlich hat man sich nicht mehr gemeldet.

I am very satisfied with the product and it's working 100%. I recommend it to all users who want 100% gps tracking device with 100% bike insurance.

Good stuff, my bike was stolen today. I was able to track it down and retrieve it in the same hour
