You have recognised my ten years no…

You have recognised my ten years no claim bonus and two years from another company. I had a great service from the staff I talked to them.

Insulting response to a customer!!!??

Following your response to my review, it is not our problem Reserve company how working. We get insurance from your company and in our insurance is your company name. They are working for you as a third party so it is your responsibility to answer. Third party who I had accident was illegally driving and she was wearing slippers while she driving. She was out of control her car. She hit my car from back but they said I was on fault. It’s like someone drunk and driving without fault.

We’d like to clarify the difference in roles: CoverMy Cab is your insurance Broker, which means we arrange your policy and support you with service-related matters. The claims process itself is handled by Reserv, the independent claims handling company appointed by your Insurer. While they work on behalf of the insurer, they are a separate company from us, which is why claim decisions — including liability — are made by them rather than directly by us.

That said, we absolutely recognise your concerns and want to support you. If you would like, we can help guide you on how to raise this formally with Reserv’s complaints team, who will be able to review how your claim was assessed. Please reach out to our Customer Engagement Team directly and we’ll be happy to assist you in escalating this.

We sincerely regret the difficulties you’ve experienced and assure you that we will do what we can to support you in getting this matter properly addressed.

* Lack of knowledge in the industry
* No skill in the workplace
* Don't know how to call customers back
And I could go on and on.............
Never in my life have I delt with such an unprofessional company. Honestly no matter how many good reviews they have don't take out there insurance, because at the end of the day they are 100% not helpful, go elsewhere.
Complete joke.
Cover my cab and the claims team Reserve are ridiculous, I had to tell them on numerous occasions how to do their job !

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve faced and the impression this has left you with. This is not the level of service we want our customers to experience.

From the conversation you had with our Customer Engagement Team, you informed them of the issue with costs on a claim. They contacted the claims handlers on your behalf, got this matter resolved, and your No Claims Bonus was issued. This was all completed within a couple of hours.

It’s important to highlight the difference between our role and the claims handlers:

As your broker (Cover My Cab), we arrange your insurance policy, provide advice, help with renewals, and support you with questions about your cover.

The claims handlers (Reserv), are a separate company appointed by your insurer to manage incidents once a claim is made. They assess and settle claims, arrange repairs, and handle the claim process itself.

If you remain unhappy with how your claim was managed, this should be raised directly with Reserv via their complaints process, as they are best placed to investigate further.

If you’d like any guidance on this or need help reaching the right team, please get in touch with our Customer Engagement Team, who will be happy to support you.

Excellent professional service from Alfie in the car breakdown department. My problem with the policy was sorted out quickly and efficiently in a courteous manner. Alfie was knowledgeable and dealt with my questions in a calm and professional manner. A credit to your organisation.
