Im very happy with the product outcome and how they handled my order, most importantly the personalized service.

I sent a picture from their website to match the color and style I wanted, but what I received was completely different. I couldn't have been more specific, yet I'm still unhappy with the result. They're only offering to refund $15 for the mistake, but I want what I originally ordered, not just $15.
