This company is fraudulent and in Vietnam. Read the reviews -- poor quality, restrictive cancellation policies, extreme long times for shipping, many people never get their item ordered.

First time buyer
I ordered a rug from this company for the first time, and it was delivered to the wrong address which was later corrected. After recieving the rug 2 weeks later, It was unfortunate to find out the quality of the rug is well below average, and doesn’t look like the image posted on the site.

Outstanding Customer Service
I had a great experience with a rug purchased. Unfortunately, the delivery driver dropped it to the wrong address but the customer support at Dreamrooma were amazing at helping me track down the package. The homeowner apparently dropped the package off at the community post boxes and was subsequently stolen from there. Dreamrooma helped me locate my package and worked with me on a replacement. I never had to wait for a reply email, they were very courteous and generous. I absolutely will do business with them again. Shipping time was much faster than anticipated as well so that's another bonus!

Ordered two months ago and still no…
Ordered two months ago and still no product. It was going to be a gift but the date has passed. Unable to get timely response. I emailed them a week ago and still no response. I feel scammed and very angry and frustrated. Be weary of this company. If my order doesn't come I want my $130.00. Finally received response.

The opposite of high quality
We ordered a rug. It took over a month to arrive and is really just a nonslip blanket. Dreemrooma’s claim that they provide “high quality” is completely false and misleading.

I Love It!!
I just received my order from dreamrooma and it is everything I had hoped for!! At first it seemed to be taking too long for my order to ship, so I contacted their customer service. They replied the next morning with a promise to look into it. Within 2 days, I was notified my order was on the way. I'm very impressed with their customer service, as I had contacted them twice and both times I got a answer the next morning.
My order would have arrived on time, if not for mother nature, which delayed it in Chicago. Thank you dreamrooma, I look forward to doing business with you in the future!!☺️
