Turned Out Great
Ordering was easy. I ordered on 12/5 with expedited shipping the gift arrived on 12/26. While I wasn’t happy about that, my friend loved the belated gift and now thinks I’m cool.

Horrible Quality
First of all my quilt did not come in the time that it stated it would. Second, when I got the quilt, it was too small for my bed. I sent pictures to the company to show the error and hopefully get it fixed but they never got back to me. The quality of this quilt is horrible!. I would not buy from this company again.

Bought a Houston Rocket floor rug from…
Bought a Houston Rocket floor rug from Dreamrooma for $130+. Product was cheaply made and the color was more pink than red as shown in their webpage. I contacted company by email and was told they could not offer refund unless product was damaged. So much for standing by the quality of the product you sell. Will not do business with them again and hope you don’t either.

This rug did not seem worth the money…
This rug did not seem worth the money to me, although my grandson loves it. It took way too long to get here. Even though it stated the timing, I just thought the company would have tried to rush a bit for the holidays. If anything, it seemed to take an xtra day or two. I believe this rug was ordered November 30, 2023.

I don't recommend this company
Update: I was contacted by the company, but not to help fix the problem or offer good customer service. It was for me to leave a 4 or 5 star review, if the give me $40 (30% of what i paid). That ticked me off. This wasn't a bad experience in a restaurant, it was a gift for my child, that I was excited about, and completely let down. I would have adjusted my rating had I received a genuine email wanting to help. That would have been based on customer service at that point. But, that didn't happen, only tried to buy a rating.
When the product you ordered and spent a whole lot more money on, does not arrive in the time frame promised, that's bad business. It sat in NY for nearly 2 weeks before actually shipping to me. And, you do not get any form of update that your product won't arrive in time. Doesn't make it better that my kid didn't like the rug and it's now folded and sitting. I've no idea what to do with it. I can't even return it. That ticks me off more. The quality is not good. It feels like a kitchen memory foam mat that you put in front of your sink, but thinner. My review would be better if the company actually excepted returns when their product did not meet expectations, and stood by their product. Can't even resell it for anything close to what I paid.
Read the fine print on everything before purchasing and read the negative reviews. I swear the positive ones were not real.

Order was sent to ‘incomplete’ address
I ordered a Wizard of Oz quilt 11-27-23. It was still in New York December 7. The company answered my emails by telling me it had been shipped. The date for delivery changed multiple times.
It actually arrived in my town today, 12-28-23, but since the address was ‘incomplete’ , the post office returned it to Dreamrooma!!! So after a month, I still don’t have the quilt, and am out $85.99!!! Terrible customer service! The phone number listed doesn’t work so calling or texting the company is not possible. I’m waiting to hear back from the company now hopefully with news that they will rush an order through to me…..probably wishful thinking!!
I will never order from this company and wish I had seen these reviews of the company before I ordered.
Has anyone ever gotten their money back from them??

Ordered a quilt for my nephew for Christmas back in November. Been told for a month it left a shipping facility in New York. Biggest scam in this country. Will never order from this company again. Horrible people. Do not recommend buying from these con artists. I want my money back.

Customer Service/Shipping Issues
I ordered the Pelicans (NBA) Rug on 11/24/2023. When I still hadn't received the rug by 12/20, I sent an email to customer service. They responded with a link to a shipping timeline from "17Track" saying the item was delivered to my city on 12/12 (no specific address listed). I responded back saying I never received the item (no record of anyone delivering a rug sized box on my door bell camera), they responded back saying to contact my "local carrier service". USPS??? Not sure what to do now and don't have the rug which was intended to be a Christmas present for my son.
