Goed wasmiddel, maar is opeens super duur. Bijvullen bij AH was altijd 3,39 en nu 9 euro. Zowel AH en Ecover kunnen me geen informatie geven over de prijzen van hun producten. Raar dat de maker en verkoper geen idee heeft hoeveel hun producten kosten. Slechte klantenservice/contact. Zal dit in de toekomst niet meer kopen.

I use Ecover washing up liquid, all purpose cleaner and toilet cleaner and love all of those products. However I decided to try the Colour Laundry liquid and fabric softener, both apple scented. In the bottle, they both smelled lovely and fresh but when I used the products to wash my clothes, the smell was disgusting - like a mixture of vomit and mildew. I had to rewash all of my clothes and totally air the house to be rid of the stomach-turning smell. Having checked to see if this is a known problem, it seems that there is an issue but Ecover like to blame your washing machine. My washing machine is regularly cleaned and well maintained and the clothes came up smelling beautiful after I went back to washing them in Ariel and Fairy laundry liquid. I will be sticking with household cleaners only from Ecover in the future.

Muss jetzt 2 fast volle Waschmittel stehen lassen für den pPreis und mir neue holen weil die Wäsche grauslich riecht!

Waardeloos, komen afspraken niet na, zeggen dat bestelling beschadigd is, je kan nieuwe bestellen, niet dus! Artikel niet meer leverbaar, wat een zootje daar niets bestellen dus....

Really dislike the smell of the new Multi-action surface cleaner. After cleaning my shower room I had to open the window to get rid of it. The old formula had a light fresh fragrance which I loved and used to keep the window closed to perpetuate it! After years of buying this spray I will now be looking for something else.

Ich habe mit dem ECOVER Waschmittel Color (pulver) keine gute sondern schlechte Erfahrung gemacht.
Beim Kundendienst habe ich auch leider keine gute Rückmeldung bekommen. Die Mitarbeiterin Frau Ch..verlangt sämtliche Daten und Nachweise sogar die Wasch-anweisung von meiner Kleidung. Ich fühle mich nicht ernst genommen. Die Farbe meiner Hose ist leider verblasst geworden. Nicht Mal ein Stern Wert dür die Bewertung!

What a shame that you changed the packaging and ingredients, your scents were always pleasant and the products good! I can’t distinguish what is what as all spray bottles have some colour nozzle. Unfortunately it all smells now like any other high street ‘product’ and far too strong !
Time to change over to a natural brand for me ! After buying the original Ecover since it came on the market ! 👎🏻

I've been buying Ecover clothes washing liquid for years. I shall not be buying any more as I've finished my old stock and the new bottle is very awkward to handle and more importantly I can't bear the smell of the newly washed clothes.

Ecover is not the Ecover you used to buy. Beware of Ecover in new packaging.

You will notice straight away products in the new packaging have a strong chemical smell. That would be because Ecover have incorporated new chemical ingredients into their products, ingredients you have probably been trying to avoid for years by buying Ecover ! Not any more. They have even incorporated PEG-12 into their Lemon & Ginger Multi Purpose Cleaner. There are now so many PEG free, SLS free natural products available online and even in the supermarkets and health shops. Ecover used to be the leader in this. They aren't now.

I have been using the washing up liquid for some time now and quite like it. My local supermarket has started selling the Ecover laundry detergent and softener. I loved the smell and bought product, paying over the odds as I thought it was going to be good for the environment. I did a load of laundry and dried it..that's when I noticed the smell!!! My washing smelt like clothes that have dried damp!! I had to re wash everything in my usual brand. I gave it one more go with a small wash..exactly the same..the smell was awful! Sorry Ecover..you need to seriously sort this out!

I’ve bought Ecover’s washing liquid for years and liked it. The bottle had a handle and a shaped spout that made it easy to pour. They have recently withdrawn this bottle and replaced it with one without a handle and no shaped spout. The result is that it’s almost impossible to pour without spilling the liquid, particularly when full. Ecover’s excuse is that they’re trying to reduce their use of plastic. Sorry, Ecover, you’ve lost my custom.

I bought the laundry liquid for the first time. I got the one that is Lavender and Sandalwood. It smells just terrible. I washed my bedding and couldn't even sleep from the awful smell. I just can't use it. It's overwhelming. So sorry. I had high hopes. I've never had problems with a product fragrance before. I hope you can improve it.

I contacted Ecover before Xmas as there was a strange black substance in the bottom of 3 of my washing liquid bottles & I was concerned if it was safe to use. After weeks of communication & them asking the same questions over & over again & having to send the same photoes numerous times I heard nothing & still have not to this day. Not a good company to deal with, ver disappointing.

Like many other users, I discovered this brand in its infancy from a local what I guess you could call "farmer's market".

I of course liked the idea behind it, the first products I purchased were cleaning products for kitchen work surfaces and such things mainly supposed to be naturally citrus. They weren't, but then even so, years later, seeing how much they had grown as a company, I was unfortunately swindled by ecover.

Now some might say I was scammed by a group of people not actually having anything to do with ecover, but just pretending to be them, and some might see it for what it is that ecover buy up many a domain name from godaddy website, have multiple fake email addresses that lead to no one who will help you when you will most definitely have a problem, and random domain names like the one that in every essence of its fabric, pun intended, is designed to scam the user into giving them their bank account details try-ecover.co.uk.

Before they were obviously starting to be sued because of tainting a certain laundry detergent, they were supposedly offering complete "cashback" refunds of any of their detergents no matter where they were purchased. So I stupidly, purchased the zero 1.5 k bottle of detergent that is supposed to be fragrance free, non bio and for sensitive skin consumers. I then after purchasing it, went through the application for my "claim" to get my very expensive detergent's money "cashbacked" to my bank account. And these people wanted all sorts of information, and yes thankfully I took screenshots of what their website said throughout the application process. They were given many copies of my receipt, pictures of me holding the bottle, pictures of the batch number, barcode, and when they received all of this they told me that my claim "was invalid", and they would not be refunding me like they had promised.

Interestingly enough, once I cc'd everything I had sent them and the brief chronological order of events that had taken place up until that point via their what seems to be fraudulent secondary website, to an ombudsman, they then said "oh yes sorry, we have accepted your application, and it has been verified, please wait 30 days for the refund of £9.22 to show back into your bank account"...It never did.

Then today I go back to that same website in the midst of being taken to "this is a godaddy domain website, and something really cool will be appearing here soon", and "website not found, check DNS settings", they finally show a website which is completely different from the one I applied on. Now it says "we will only refund back £3.50 worth of anyone's purchase", what???? what?????? Why do they think no one would have an older copy of what they had originally stated on this website? And why would anyone have given up their bank account information for only £3.50, and also, why in the world would that be any kind of incentive to spend a ridiculous amount of money on very bad detergent?

So either it is legitimately them changing their minds because of what happened in the meantime, having to recall the exact detergent I purchased, and not wanting to have to give anyone else back any money. Or it is a scam site. What do you think? I think it is ecover, and I think in general, they are just essentially a scam. Asking for bank account details, yeh stupid me, but hey, I would have never done it for a miniscule amount of money.

I genuinely wanted to "buy and try" their detergent knowing that if it was like their other products I would be getting a full refund regardless. But they didn't refund me anything, and now if I do get one it is a lot less than what I purchased it for, and at no point may I just add, did this company that is supposed to be "uber ethical" inform me that I should check the bar code because I had just purchased the exact bottle, the exacttttt make of detergent they were then recalling because it burns people, it burns so much it burns through the bottle.

With all that, if you still want to support them because you think there is nothing better out there detergent wise, at least check out some much cheaper brands first, and use some kind of company who actually understands the meaning of the word "ethical".

I have used Ecover for years but the latest laundry bottle neck shape is precarious to handle. I spent this morning scooping spillage from my work surface into a jug to avoid wastage as the bootle slipped out of my hands leaking the liquid out.
It never used to be like this. I do like the measuring top/cup which is useful.
But the bottle shape they can keep.
Thinking of changing brands.

Highly priced but wanted to try it, never again if you have got sensitive skin or any skin allergies be careful.
My skin is red & burning up from this stuff!

I won’t be buying their products any more. The fragrance, or bad smell to be blunt, has changed and leaves the laundry with an extremely unpleasant odour.
This is an expensive product and definitely not worth the money.

I bought the fabric conditioner for the first time and having used it I am totally disappointed. It has a very pleasant smell in the bottle but washing has absolutely no smell at all. This product is more expensive than many others on the market but falls short. I will not buy again.

ive read the reviews.....but i have to disagree with some...i found opposite...i sometimes suffer from excema......now i went over to ecover last year ( lavender one )....i love the smell.....i find the product gets your items very clean without having to redo them....and i have had no excma flare ups since using
simply the best washing liquid i have ever used.... one thing....i saw a place that did refills....this is not the same...its watery .....so i did not use it...only for the dogs bedding .

Washing up liquid camomile & clementine has made my hands very dry, red itchy patches that split and bleed. Im having to use a steroid for 14 days to help try and clear my painful hands. Has Ecover changed anything? Its also become cloudy in the bottle not clear as it normally is. Sorry won't be using these products again.
