I was contacted over a week after ordering that the item would not ship until June! I ordered it here because they had indicted it was in stock. So, I asked them to cancel the order. Several days later I get an email that says we will have to see what the warehouse says??? Anyway, after a couple more days, I get an email that my item has shipped. Interesting that when I say I dont want to wait several months for an order, they magically find one to ship??? Item arrived without any issues and I am happy with it. However, I will not shop here again. They need to tighten up customer service and inventory issues first.

The company was fine, the table was missing parts.

I love my chair, easy to assemble and high quality and comfy. Would definitely recommend.

I was kept informed from start to delivery of my rug. It was exactly what I ordered and came very well packaged.

Contacted the company when I wasn’t receiving a shipment confirmation and they were very responsive. Once shipped, my mirrors arrived quickly and were packaged well preventing any damage. They are beautiful and exactly as pictured.

When I ordered the quilt set they let me know it was out of stock but I could reserve one from the next order. They said I could expect it the beginning to the middle of March and it came on March 17th with no problems. Definitely recommend English Elm. Thank you!

Called Customer Svc. Was told to email CSvc and that I would receive a response immediately, probably that day. Emailed immediately. Never received a response from anyone to this day

I received an email confirmation and tracking information. the package arrived on time. The product was as pictured/ described, not broken. A bonus was it was a good price.

I was nervous about ordering from this site due to bad reviews, but it worked out.

The woman that notified me that the lamp was out of stock was very helpful in getting me on the list to get a lamp as soon as they got more in. I was so happy to get this lamp.

You guys did nothing wrong but my package was stolen from infront of my house while I was at work. But luckily I paid for shipping protection. I’m currently waiting on a response so Iknow how to go about the situation I’ve never had to do this before so I don’t know exactly what I’m supposed to do on my part. If English Elm see’s this can someone please reach out to me & help me through the process? Please & Thank you

I received my order quickly and love the rug. It’s well made and as described. My only regret is not ordering the larger size. I will definitely order from this company again and tell my friends and family about the experience.
