Each time Ive ordered on Fruugo I have had a good experience.
My items arrive pretty quickly via courier to my door and Im kept in the loop the whole time.
I can highly recommend using them. Their service is very good and the items always as described.

The order that never showed up.
I ordered 40 bottles of Vicks Vaporub on 24 August, order no 242095521. The3 tracking no. shows in transit since 15 September. Not getting any feedback from them at all and it appears that I most likely will never see the order. Seriously WTF.
