I purchased from this company in august till today never received it, I even paid expedited delivery but never received. The order shows that it has been in OR Tambo for the last 2 weeks. This is a scammer who is operating this fraud in their house. Stealing people’s money. Please don’t buy anything from fruugo. It is a scam

Due to unfortunate circumstances I was not able to receive the parcel the first time from the courier. I subsequenly phoned him numerous times to deliver the parcel. Every time he was rude and unhelpful. The parcel was later deliverd by a lady a few days later. Get rid of that male courier. He is unprofessional.

Incomplete dates of delivery when ordering.
When I ordered, the date of delivery given was supposed to be last Wednesday. Now I see that it is predicted between next Tuesday 8/09 and the 22/09 but these dates never appeared while I was ordering. This is my second order from them and again the item will arrive too late to be used when needed. Very poor service!

Item never delivered
Not hoping for a refund or anything but just a warning to the public. Stay away from purchasing from Fruugo. It’s been multiple years since I bought a watch that was never delivered (order number 7663088)

Utterly poor service from Fruugo
Order placed and paid for in record time. Thereafter it died a quiet death. No reply on numerous emails, no feedback whatsoever. Tried to alter the delivery address and had no success to date. I am sure I will never recieve the item, after all they now won't know where to deliver it. First and definitely the last time I will make use of Fruugo. Money could rather of been donated to a charity organization.

BEWARE: YOU NEED TO SEND RETURN TO CHINA AT YOUR COST
I needed to pay R946 in order to return the item to CHINA!!!!! The price of the low quality item was R1861.
