Not happy at all that payment goes through without me being able to see the circa R700 shipping fee charged - ~R350 became R1050. I then tried to cancel, provider accepted cancelation, but delivery still happened (ordet cancelation not honoured). Happy with the actual product (1st product from the partial delivery that was delivered after 16 days, waiting for 2nd item, expected in 9 days time).

The part I was looking for was not available in SA, it was shipped from China, I was willing to wait for the date provided as ETA. They were quicker than the estimated date and the product as advertised 👌👌👌

I received a faulty Ssangyong korando diesel filter on the 17th July before scheduled time but I need a refund because it's leaking diesel under the plunger when I prime the filter & that sucks air in making the engine impossible to start. I'm very frustrated 😠

The delivery was on time, which I appreciated. However, the communication and tracking could definitely be improved. I was initially worried that it might be a scam. Also, the prices are much higher than Shein's.

Our order was placed on the 13th of July 2026, we were given an ETA of Wednesday 15th of July. It is a week later and we have not received our order neither have you received an update with an order tracking number, Order number: 237255611. Please assist as soon as possible!

I bought an item from fruugo on 19 of June, next day i got a email confirming my order, it said due on the 20th July and it's now 3 days later, all i got in-between was 2 emails wanting me to rate fruugo ,im unsure about them,o/n 235123318

I was very happy with the efficient order process

I ordered two batteries. I reported that neither had been received and what action is required. Fruugo responded that one was "lost" & a refund would be given, the second was still with courier service. Weeks have past - No refund, No delivery.

Thank you so much I received my item on the you said you going to deliver. It's 2nd time I ordered from you. And your courier ladies are friendly I like them. 👌🙏

Scam!
Misleading product listing. The title and description clearly state "Gear Shift Knob & Gaiter Boot Cover Set," but I only received the boot cover. Customer service incorrectly referred to the "Colour: Case Only" field, which is a product attribute, not the item description. The product received did not match what was advertised. Very disappointing.

Fruugo is efficient and delivers timeously. I would recommend Fruugo for certain.

I've googled, ordered, paid.. then the package came. No issues. I could track the package, it was delivered ahead of time. All my sceptism disappeared. I'm a happy Fruugo customer.
