I was recommended Mathew Harnce as being reliable and reasonably priced. I was delighted with the quick response to my call and a speedy job was completed by a very pleasant guy, Josh... who explained all he had done. Both toilets are working well now.

Harnce Heating and Plumbing are an absolute disgrace. Following a recent boiler service, where they also fitted a service kit and another unspecified part, we have been left with **no hot water whatsoever**. Before their visit, we had hot water. Now, nothing. To add insult to injury, when we contacted Harnce to report this critical issue – directly following their service – they flat-out **refused to come back and investigate without charging us even more money**. Their callous disregard for our situation is appalling. We have two young children and two disabled individuals in our household, all of whom are now without hot water and heating thanks to their shoddy workmanship. Harnce clearly has zero concern for the well-being of their customers, leaving vulnerable people in a completely unacceptable situation. We have escalated this directly to our energy supplier, who organised this company in the first place, and we will be pursuing this matter further. Avoid Harnce Heating and Plumbing at all costs if you value having a functioning heating and hot water system and any semblance of customer care.

On the discovery of what we have since learnt was a long-standing problem with a leak in our shower cubicle, several neighbours recommended Harnce. From the outset it was apparent that it is an efficiently managed organisation with a customer focus. In diagnosing and solving the problem, they have proved to be both efficient and effective in all respects. we are very happy with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.

Great company and very easy to deal with. Engineer was punctual, polite and very clean. Highly recommend.

Appointment was honoured, I Received advanced notice of arrival time, didn’t need to be asked to remove shoes , kept me abreast at all times what the situation was and what needed to be done.
No waffle, they carried out three jobs for me all of which are first rate as well as being extremely clean and tidy. What else can I ask for. I shall certainly call upon them for any future requirements I have

Very prompt service, and turned up as agreed. Skilled plumber who could diagnose the problem with the radiator quickly. Was happy to check the others within the call out charge, and found and resolved a second issue. Would use again.

I’ve called them a few times now, and they’ve consistently delivered outstanding service. The last time I called was for a major issue with my water main. I had noticed a drop in water pressure for several days, and I was concerned there might be a leak somewhere.

David was fantastic. He took the time to assess the problem, and after some careful inspection, he determined the water main needed some repairs. He explained everything in layman's terms and gave me a detailed estimate. What really impressed me was how transparent he was about the costs, and he even gave me options for how I could proceed.

When wrong part was supplied Josh spent extra time ensuring we were left in as good state as possible. Work was completed and we now have better hot water flow than ever before.

I have used Harnce several times now for a range of jobs from bathroom plumbing to boiler servicing and maintenance. They have been consistently easy to deal with, prompt, reliable and responsive.

I have used this company many times to service my boiler, replace 3 radiators and to do a complete refurb of our master bathroom.
They are a friendly, professional, reasonably priced, very efficient firm.
I'm so happy to have found a plumbing firm I can trust. So much so that we entrusted them with our house key to do work while we were on holiday.
