Anna dealt with the sale of my property, I was very happy with the service, she kept me updated with how it was progressing and dealt with enquiries from the buyer very efficiently. I will definitely be using her again for my future purchase.

If you would like a firm to really screw up a property purchase HK Law is the one for you. I did not know, having successfully purchased a few properties in previous years using a predecessor firm, that a firm of solicitors with conveyance 'specialists' at partner level could make so many mistakes, be so incompetent, be so misleading, be so concealing of the truth and, when their errors came to light, be so arrogant. It was a costly experience. I'll be suing them for my losses.

HKLaw put a standard cut and paste reply to this on 5/1/26, copy below, which epitomises their approach - laziness and/or incompetence, no thought or intelligence applied...

I say this as they have the details in their system if they wished to look up my name and the date and could have reviewed that and provided a proper, thoughtful and tailored response without breaching any confidentialities. But no...

As I have said, if you would like a firm to really screw up HK Law is the one for you.... you can now see an example of that.

Shelly @ HK Law was recommended. From the very first conversation I felt heard - unlike other companies I approached. Not the cheapest but worth every penny. Fees did not change from original quote - no extra costs. Turnaround time from offer acceptance to completion was 10 weeks - which is pretty unheard of these days.
