I ordered earrings and they arrived the next day. The quality was perfect and they are super cute. The communications were excellent and I’m looking forward to ordering again!

Bought a few bits from Hoops & Chains and they’ve all been great.
With my most recent purchase, I wanted to exchange a ring as it was too big and the service was super friendly and easy.

Een ketting met sleutel eraan besteld. De sleutel lijkt op de foto's van huisdeur formaat, maar het is in het echt van dagboekslot formaat. Daarnaast staat er op de site met PostNL paar dagen, maar duurde 3 weken voordat het binnenkwam. Erg jammer voor dat geld.

There was an issue with an order not being delivered (Royal Mail issue) but they were able to sort the issue and resend me the earrings (which are great)

I love their jewellery. I only wear hoops n chains, they last and last. I've had my chain for at least 3 years and it's still untarnished. They're also at a perfect price and quality for those of us who don't want to wear throwaway rubbish, but don't want to pay for real gold when I'm constantly losing an earring!
