Very disappointed with my experience ordering from Japebo. I placed an order on November 10th and paid extra for DHL Express to ensure fast delivery. The website did not indicate that the items were out of stock, and only after repeatedly contacting support did I learn they were backordered.
Over several weeks, Iâve received inconsistent or no updates at all. Messages through different support threads often go unanswered, and despite being told the order would ship ânext week,â it never happened.
The lack of transparency, poor communication, and continuous delays make it very difficult to trust this company. Iâve requested a refund or a guaranteed delivery date, but Iâm still waiting for a clear response. Very disappointing experience.
