Was purchased for my wife.. Bike is very nice. Soild welds. My Directions were useless as they were impossible to read (blurry).
I'm glad the box had pictures lol. Strong motor im 250ish LBS and it pushed me up the step hills in my neighborhood. It was slow going but it did the job.

Not too thrilled with Journey bikes so…
Not too thrilled with Journey bikes so far. My wife and I purchased two ebikes from them last Christmas and we still haven't received them. Good luck with trying to reach anyone in customer service. I keep on getting a pacifying response saying your bikes should be on this next shipment. A bunch of broken promises.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Misleading add. Salesperson could have told me that 36v bike was going on sale in one week.

Upon reviewing our records and conversations with our team — you regretted purchasing the 24v ebikes and wanted to purchase the 36v instead.
We provide all of our information on the website, and often don't receive information about upcoming sales until 24-48 hours before they go live so we did not have this information at the time of you communicating with our customer care team.
We do everything we can to ensure customer satisfaction but we cannot make a decision for you when it comes to which ebike you choose to purchase.
We hope that you enjoy the ebikes that you have purchased and are open to helping you get the best out of the ebikes that you did purchase.

Seamless internet purchase
Journey bikes was seamless from ordering online through delivery. It is a bit of challenge regarding communication to discuss and issue as assembling the bike. They did respond to email just a bit longer (days) than anticipated. Bike was what was advertised and delivered.

We love the bike
We love the bike. But when your guys packaged the bike they damaged the back fender. It is broken. It was not broken in shipping. Because the box and the packaging was not damaged. I still have not heard anything about you replacing the fender!

Not a good experience
First, my bike was very badly damaged. The box was a mess and don’t know if it’s because of the warehouse or UPS. Trying to contact anyone at JourneyBikes is beyond frustrating. It’s taken me a week to get a response about what I need to do with this damaged bike. I would expect better for the prices of my electric bike. Now, I have to wait for God knows how long to get a replacement.

Good E-bike
I'm very happy with the bike, but I can't do 5 stars due to the time it took to put together and I can't get the front fender to fit. Customer service from the manufacturer wants video proof. So, wish I had done that prior to giving up and removing it. Back to the drawing board. The bike however, works well and is fun to use. I recommend going straight to YouTube for assembly instructions. Both my husband and I concluded the included instructions were not helpful at all.

We love our bikes and customer service from Journey was great. The only thing was that the manufacturer took a lot longer to ship than expected. I don’t think that had anything to do with Journey.
