A well built bike. Smooth riding, very quiet. Very easy to assemble. My grandson loves it.

Love my recumbent bike have made great advances on my MS!

I ordered my bike on Mother’s Day and did not get it until the end of July. Multiple times they told me it would be on “the next truck.” Customer Service was not willing two offer any compensation. Just said, if you don’t want it we can cancel the order. The bike is great, the company and customer service is Definitely not.

I bought the Malibu Cruiser from Journey Bikes. I got it sooner than expected. I had local bike shop assemble, which I’m happy I did. He said there were no instructions in box, there were more screws than he’s ever seen. He said there were a few things that didn’t line up, so he had to improvise. He also said the integrity of the bike is not the best. I paid a lot for this bike, that I think is adorable by the way. But, it really isn’t the best quality. It’s difficult to tell when you are buying on line. I am looking forward to riding it a lot, and hope it holds up. Denise, Florence, Colorado

I like the bike but didn't realize the cramps I would get in my legs. I will have to do lots of stretches.

Great bike, fast delivery. Had bike put together at bike store. Do not know where cup holder goes.

I ordered a bike for my wife in early March and it’s now July but still no bike. No updates or progress reports either. Just silence. I wonder if we’ll ever get the bike.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I ordered a bike that they advertised and manufacturer did not provide. This caused a longer than reasonable delay in getting bike which I ultimately switched to one they had in stock. I notice they have changed the website to push models in stock. So buy one in stock! Once I did this it shipped and was received in short order. Directions were ok. Bottom line I love the bike. And the store interaction was very positive.

We have purchased several E-bikes over this last year. We have had issues with every company we have purchased from except journey Bikes. I absolutely love my bike. I have Spine issues and the X-Treme Sedona 48V 500W Step Through Mountain E-Bike has proved to give me a smoother ride. Although I don’t do a lot of off road riding in rough terrain.

I just canceled my order after many delays and excuses about shipping delays and etc. I waited 3 months with very little commission from Journey Bikes most me requesting updates. Very unsatisfied and do not recommend this company for any services.

The directions to put the bike together are not easy to read and they do not explain things easily enough. I still have not completed putting it together. It is a nice looking bike.
Also, there are no instructions on how to use everything.

I bought a bike months ago and still not received it. Worse yet I know very little about the status.

When I bought the ebike, the website stated the bike would ship within one- two weeks.

Where is it!? I was actually very excited about the purchase.

I prepaid for the bike on February 21, 2021 knowing that it was due to ship Mid April. Which it kept getting delayed. Then the first bike you shipped me which you shipped out late May was completely wrong and then a week later I finally get the correct bike. I understand that the box was showing the right bike but don't ever ship anything out without checking the contents of the box first.

Journey Bikes customer service is stellar. Since my bike has not arrived yet I have contacted customer service several times for shipping updates. Their responses have been timely and informative. I would have given 5 stars if I had received my bike. I’m patiently waiting.

I absolutely love my bike. It came in pristine condition not a blemish on it. It rides like a dream and is very easy to operate. I am a 72 year old woman who still enjoys biking and with the electric assist it makes my ride so much more enjoyable. Also I assembled the bike myself with the help of youtube tutorials. Best purchase I have made and Journey bikes was so helpful.

This cleverly designed and conveniently delivered machine gas given me more flexibility and access to the City of New York. I can reach any part of NY including Staten Island. The power is enabling for a 275 pounder like myself and it carries me with confidence. I haven’t found anything yet that seems like a flaw. I’ll keep you posted

The problem was that took a month to receive my order , but happy with my purchase and a good price!

Shipping was lightening quick and free.
Best price on the web for the bike by a large margin.

Customer service is awesome. Just hoping the delivery date is acurate that I was given and I get my bike when told..
