I'm a new customer of LetsHost and I was delighted to see that their support is both prompt and capable.

Never had any issues adding or removing domains from our plans.

Great service, very helpful and always quick to respond

Ive had a very positive experience with Technical Support from LetsHost. Im not a techie but Bogdan and Declan were quick to understand both my issues and resolve them in less than 5 mins.
It was a pleasant surprise for both to elaborate and explain functions and settings that would be useful in the future as well.
The technical knowledge of the LetsHost Support is excellent and I would recommend this company to you.

Everytime you ring you get a very friendly helpful service. Everyone is knowledgeable of the system and never a problem to sort anything. Can't ask for better

Avoid this company given that the staff are slow in responding, have no technical knowledge in relation to setting up PHP for wordpress installations, don't know how to read their own logs and don't really care when it really matters.

They just take the money and run

What makes LetsHost the best web hosting company is their excellent service. I have encouraged all my clients to move their hosting to Letshost.ie as I know they provide the best service. Everyone that has switched has thanked me for that recommendation.

They took payment without my authorization. They had my card details but I did not confirm payment, not good enough.

I recently had some issues regarding a domain name transfer. The support and assistance I received from Let's host, in particular Jonathan went way above what I expected.

It was a genuine pleasure to deal with this company. The staff are pleasant, easy to deal with and above all extremely competent

Professional and patient problem solving, friendly and reassuring.

I have been a customer for a long time with letshost from a small one site setup up to a point where I had 8 sites hosted. As I have scaled back recently I received super support and advice on how to get the bast package suited to my needs. I would highly recommend letshost for hosting and domain management

Had an angry email from the owner of Letshost today blaming me for my emails not sending FROM THEIR SERVER. They told me I am sending spam. I asked for examples of the spam. I twice asked them to me evidence or examples of the spam (ourvaccounts are not sending spam). They haven't provided any evidence. We requested technical support, a service we pay for. We didn't receive it. Instead, our calls and emails were ignored for days. Requested callback weren't delivered. And a staff member sniggered and was ignorant to me when I asked questions that were too simple for his expertise level. And now the owner is threatening me with legal action due to my legitimate reporting of the experience here on Trust Pilot.

Our company use letshost.ie, we have lost business and have had no emails for the last 11 days. They refuse to do anything about it.

Great customer service, knowledgable and professional. Regardless of which team member deals with the query the company always portrays an air of professionalism and efficiency!

As someone trying to run a small business, i play apart in all aspects including our company website which i have extremely limited knowledge about every now and again i have to contact LetsHost to help me understand or fix a problem i have never had a bad experience with them and find them polite, understanding, efficient and provide a excellent service, Great company with great customer service

Great and fast service, very customer oriented and easy to deal with.

Been with Letshost since 2013. Every year I have a few problems with the site from plugin problems to site down and various other issues. Everytime I email them and ask for help, they are quick to reply and fix the problem. That's all I can ask for: eg: if I have a problem, will you reply promptly and stay with me until it's fixed. So far they have so yes, I can recommend Letshost.
