If you are serious about your website and having it online, don't use this company. We were with them for a number of years and at the start when website was basic there was no issues. As business grew and website become more complex and had an increase in traffic that's when problems started.Website was constantly crashing and each time we raised a ticket we were told that we would have to upgrade the storage.We Did this a number of times to the point we were paying over €300 a month.When website kept crashing when busy with traffic we were basically told there was nothing they could do that we would have to wait for traffic to ease for website to go back online. One star is not low enough for this company. We switched to another provider who is half the cost and we have had no issues,in fact our domains are loading and working better than they ever have. Avoid yourself a wasted expensive and shop somewhere else.
Customer Service and Tech Support are great, willing to help out, advise and spend time with you to solve the issue - really recommend based on how good their team are.
Quality service. Technical issue sorted quickly with explanation of what went wrong.

Today I spoke to Bodgan about a problem that our voluntary organisation have been having with emails not coming through from the "Contact Us" page on our web site. He showed amazing patience with my limited knowledge and once he latched on to the problem, immediately helped to resolve it for me. Truly refreshing to talk to someone so anxious to help and explain everything, great experience and greatly appreciated.
Fast efficient service and priced well. They helped me change my hosting plan and email structure, Thanks.

Despite claiming 24/7 support, this is simply not true. My domain expired, and even after paying for a 2-year subscription, it still shows as expired in the console. This has caused my service to go down, and there is no way to reach them. Phone support is only available during the week, and despite submitting two high-urgency tickets yesterday, I have not received any response after 20 hours.
UPDATE:
- the domain was paid Friday @ 6:05pm
- support ticket was created at 6:10pm same day
- another support ticket was created at 10:17pm the same day
- Domain became active and tickets were resolved on Sunday @ 8:33pm.
I took Letshost.ie more than 50 hours (more than 2 days) to reply on opened tickets while my service was offline. Letshost.ie claims 24/7 support.
I'm moving my domains to another provider.

Only advice is stay well away from them. Slow server speeds and high costs and they try to sell you an upgrade when your website coincidentally requires more PHP memory, while this has never ever happened before. Do a simple search and research better offers with better support and lower hosting fees. Rip off merchants!!!
I have brought many clients to this company, and every single one will be getting a message from me explaining my negative experience.
I recently had issues with my email which LetsHost (Samantha and Rebecca) dealt with in a very courteous and efficient manner.
I would strongly recommend this service.
Good customer service, quick to respond to any issues that may arise, would be happy recommend,
Bogdan fixed my problem having guided me through the process of accessing my PC deftly and patiently.
I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years I have over 8 full domains running along with a VPN
unfortunately the price's have gone through the roof the employees are great to deal with but one would think they must be paid a commision as everytime you speak to them you need to buy something else to make it work and then there is no refund for what you have already bought Will be finding alternatives next year 2024

Service , support is great have nothing bad to say even if i have only a few domains registered with this company. Bur renewal prices are way to high thinking of moving domains to hostingireland.

A level of service you would just not expect at all, answered the phone after 3 rings and honestly cant believe how quickly Bogdan worked out what was wrong and sorted it out. Worth every penny.

No matter when I call I get immediate response and help. The lads are always so polite and respectful of my old age. When I ask for something to be fixed or tweaked they see to it straight away. I have been with LetsHost since their inception and can always rely on them for whatever I need. Your team are very much appreciated by me.
