The order was despatched very quickly but our country Lane was closed for a week so the courier could not get down the Lane to deliver it so once we knew where it was we went to collect

Overall an excellent service, all queries either by email or telephone conversation answered clearly and concisely. Ordering and delivery were straightforward, absolutely second to none. I haven’t brought the generator into use yet, I will comment on that in due course.

At first the high pressure washer seemed sturdy.Hose reel wouldnt wind and according to the instructions I needed to assemble(it was already assembled)The spray wand needs to be longer to get weeds out the paving,the wand is far too short and you need to stoop to get the maximum pressure.My accessory pack,only used the circular scrub which had water spurting out the top.Customer service phone is unmanned so its a nightmare to communicate.They email you back but you cant reply to the email, have to start the whole procedure again.At least it only blew the fuse once I see other users had it multiple times.Customer service needs to be overhauled and a longer spray hose is my summary.

I bought a generator from another online retailer and it didn’t produce power. So I ordered from Miller and Mason. The generator I ordered from Miller and Mason was more powerful slightly more expensive but well worth it. It came well packaged on a pallet easy to finish off putting together with good instructions. Started first time and produced power as expected. It’s a great unit, good service from Miller and Mason with a fast delivery. I will definitely order from them again.
