From ordering to delivery only took a few days and well within the timeframe. Haven’t used it yet but it looks a mean machine

Had a couple of issues with the delivery and missing items and damaged items, informed them and they dealt with it swiftly and courteously, can not fault them , would definitely buy off them again

Easy to use website. Ordering and delivery first class. A little difficulty experienced in assembly with some aspects (connection of hose reel capsule to mainframe in particular) not properly explained and parts of the user manual not seeming to correspond with the model delivered

Made a order for a pressure washer on a Wednesday night
Friday morning it was delivered. That’s what you call service. Fantastic product and great communication from company would highly recommend and I will most definitely be a return customer.

I am going to now revise this review following the company sending me a new power switch FoC. I have now fitted said switch and we are up and running again. It really was harder than it should have been to get the part but it does work again. I don't think I will buy another when this machine finally gives up but I think an upgrade from 1 to 3 stars is fair. The original text was......

Every day we are bombarded with scam warnings. To many they are obvious but sadly so many people fall foul. There are many companies such as 'Miller and Mason' or to give them their trading name, Nitrotek, who do not get the poor press they should. They trade primarily on feedback. That feedback is mostly immediate. Customers open the box, the product is solid, it works brilliantly, quality brass fittings and it's heavy and solid. So much better than far more expensive rival brands. No it's not. Because generally no one waits a few months before they leave a review. Before their pitiful 6 month warranty expires having only used it a handful of times. And then when it completely stops working, you cant call them, your only option is to mail them, waste your time sending a video of a broken machine and then be told to return at your cost, for inspection and repair at unknown cost and then bear the cost of return, should you want it back. I suspect if you are reading this you have experienced similar elsewhere. It is branded as a UK product. It is not. I cannot comment on their other products and the quality but their business model is much like many other similar UK based outlets on a pretence of a UK product. They are poor, cheap imports and there is no customer service to speak of. Such a shame. The machine was decent for 6 months (apart from blowing fuses because it sucks so much power). Another expensive mistake.

This pressure washer is on another level ! Had loads of karchers and they never last long .

Generator was out of stock, left e mail and they replied when re stocked.. ordering was simple and straightforward.. delivered from mainland UK to Northern Ireland promptly and packaged well for Transport… FANTASTIC PRICE for this generator.

I ordered the machine and it's been nothing but bother
Instructions never came with the product.
Hose broke within 3 minutes of using it. Broke 5 times ih total with me having to purchase new hoses each time. Then the gun burst 2 times so I replaced.
I finally got in touch after turning it on for the 5th time (remember hoses broke so not in use for more than 10 mins) the throttle snapped off.
I sent a ticket because they are only a online company with no phone number. They sent me out a new hose, gun and throttle and it still wouldn't start!
Iv now sent it back, paying a further £30 odd pounds for them to now be 4 weeks after delivery saying its in a delivery queue inspection thing FOUR WEEKS of waiting and still nothing! Do NOT waste your money!!

Very pleased, when ordered the pressure washer arrived within 2 days. Very impressed, used it for the first time today. Brilliant 👏.

For the cost, I would recommend anyone to get a Miller Mason pressure washer.
Don't bother with the other 'yellow' brand. To get the same power as the MM machine would cost twice as much.

Had a slight problem understanding instructions but got there eventually. Good delivery and no complaints!

Ordered and delivered within 5 days, easy to put together. started within a few pulls and away l go blasting the coating off my impressed paving that l did badly a few years ago.

I would highly recommend this company. I ordered a petrol jet washer and it came within two days. It works perfectly well and I'm very happy with the overall experience.

The order was straight forward, and the delivery really well packed, something that we all can appreciate.
The jet wash quality seems really good in comparison with some other more known brands, and in my opinion , puts them all to shame.
