Customer service second to none. Pressure washer arrived quicker than advised. The one dipstick was broken in transit. I emailed customer service and had a reply with about 2 minutes, saying they would send a replacement straight away. It arrived today. Fantastic service, and a great petrol pressure washer as well. 5 stars

Very prompt delivery and the item was as described. Only used the pressure washer briefly due to the weather. However, for the price it was certainly as good as the more expensive brand I owed previously.

Delivery was quick and the product was as described. I used the jet wash yesterday to clean a driveway and must say I was very happy with the pressure from the machine. Much higher than my last well known brand

I ordered the generator on line was waiting for an email for receipt but I didn’t come through then I noticed I have given them the wrong email address I wrote to them and they gave me- ticket number and a tracking number but they kept me updated till it arrived well done to you all and the generator is perfect

Super fast delivery (ordered about 8pm Wednesday, delivered 8am Friday). Only used it once so far, but it's much better than the Karcher models I've had previously.

Great power washer for the price . Instructions could be a bit clearer for the oil quantity had to you tube just to check right levels ,but that is not a big issue just a wee niggle when not to sure of a new machine. But used once and really impressed with the strong power and the easy working of the machine on start up . Five star would definitely recommend so far

Bought this January 2024 and it's been used 5 times due to being away with work, thought this was a bargain at the start. The instructions weren't for this model for a start then after filling with oil and fuel 7 or more attempts to start and power wasn't as described, I then had to ask them why it's under powered and told me to turn pressure up which i got a engineer to do. Went to use it again and blew up.... engineer who turn the pressure up a bit said it was sitting at 102 bar and changed the oil as this is what needs to be done after a few hours of run time. Avoid this!
