I've had a bad experience with this company, I order a set of mats over 6 weeks ago but they haven't been delivered, I've cancelled my order and requested a full refund but this hasn't happened.
So I would suggest anyone thinking of buying from this company to buy from a more reputable one.

I am very pleased with the car mats they are a good quality car mat, there was a slight delay for the delivery but worth the wait, would recommend Mr car mats.

Ordered ultimate car mats £63. They Sent standard mats £22. Mats were so poor quality that I wouldn’t even put them in my car. Emailed and phoned company, eventually replied that they were producing the new mats and they would be with me soon. Weeks of emailing backwards and forwards with no mats, they offered me £11 refund! I kept refusing, they wouldn’t allow me to return them. I have this week been refunded £30!!!

Scum company, no returns policy at all despite what you might read.
I returned my mats after being given a return number, then they refused a refund and the mats seemed to get lost in transit.
Pay by credit card and get your protection from them

Good quality mats which fitted well.
Overall a good service which I would be happy to use again or recommend.

The cheapest possible quality and a bad fit. They initially refused to refund, claiming distance selling laws did not apply to them. After my Google reviews Varshita did get in touch to arrange a collection. She did not do this. After that all myemails were ignored. Customer services also got in touch asking me to contact them if the situation wasn't resolved. They too did not have good enough manners to reply to my email.

Made an order for car mats and bootliner which didn't turn up. Chased it up and eventually got the car mats after a month, the boot liner never showed up despite contacting the company by email and waiting for a fortnight beyond a second delivery time I was given. Gave up 7 weeks after the initial delivery date and clawed the value of the bootliner back via Paypal. I'd advise anyone using the company to use a payment method you can make a refund claim on.

Took 2 months for them to come didn't keep me in the loop with any updates their not the worst mats cheap clips as they don't stay on properly the manager was apologetic but wouldn't buy from them again

No contact when email or phone , starting ro think this company is a scam , 8 days since trying to get order

The mats didn't fit properly and they are very thin and flimsy. I bought the rubber mats and after 2 weeks the rubber is heavily worn where my right heel rests. Complete rip off. I would complain but no one responds to phone calls or email. You can see how badly worn the mats are after just a couple of weeks just wearing trainers. You can also see how poorly the mats fit and bulge. The owner contacted me since posting this review and implied that it was my fault because these mats were never intended for my car. I was surprised by this comment because he sells these mats on his site to specifically fit my car! He did not address why they don't fit properly nor why a rubber mat has worn out in 2 weeks of light use. He ask what percentage discount I wanted. Given the mats are useless, I asked for 100% which he said was unreasonable. Buyer beware.

The carmats didn't arrive, they kept promising, but they still didn't show. I gave them another month for them to rectify the situation but still no joy! I got PayPal to refund me in the end, a complete waste of time.

A complete joke. I ordered four "custom" car mats which took almost two weeks to arrive rather than the five days promised.

I received only two mats, which didn't fit my car and were terrible quality. I sent seven very clear images showing the mats and how they didn't fit and asked for a refund.

Their response was to firstly apologise and not respond to my refund request. When I messaged again, I was asked another twice to send over images. I'd already sent seven clear images on two separate occasions.

I've given up messaging them and am taking another course of action to get my money back.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. They're one of the worst I've ever dealt with.

Do not buy , purchased on the 11th April 2025 , was supposed to be delivered on the 16th April .

I had to keep emailing and I kept getting lies after lies telling me they are on there way Will be there by Monday no they didn't.
Be there by Friday no they did not .

I asked for them to call me as they have no number ...it goes to a coffee shop.

I had to go through paypal to get a refund as the company would not do it .

Then even though I told them I had got a refund from PayPal they eventually sent the car mats a month later than when I purchased .

And I'm out of pocket by £3.99 AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND THAT OUT OF GOOD WILL.

TERRIBLE COMPANY AVOID AVOID

I ordered from them on 24th April, was supposed to be 5 days from order. No mats yet on 8th May, they dont answer the phone or emails and customer service form will not send. They have had a winding up order suspended for the 2nd time this year!

This company is a scam no replies to any contact, web site not active and goods not arrived, stay away
Update: the mats have now arrived and are OK but this company needs to sort out its communication problems.

Beware, this company take your money and don’t send the car mats. They don’t reply to emails have no phone or social media, it would appear.
