Ordered nearly 2 weeks and no delivery. No info on tracker, “contact us” not working, left voicemail on Wednesday and promised return call within 24 hours - no response 3 days later. Have emailed a director and awaiting response - not looking too good! Oh, and notice how their accounts on Companies House are unacceptably late. Just sayin’
Update 6 days later…. 4 voicemails left with no response. I have received 2 or 3 emails apologising for delay and that matter would be dealt with urgently - glad my life isn’t depending on it. Also received email from Trustpilot requesting info to verify review as genuine - order number provided. We wait…..

Another set of mats purchased after previously receiving my wifes set,very reasonable delivery timescale,quality on both sets are perfect, personalization is superb,customer service second to none 👍🏻 definitely recommend

Having purchased a set of mats from this company 6 months ago, the driver side mat has developed a sizeable hole in one place and is wearing through in 2 others. For a company that states they have high quality mats, this is ridiculous. You might as well ignore their year warranty as clearly the customer service advisor Varshita that I spoke to doesn't understand the purpose of a warranty. They instead refused to sent a replacement or even a refund.

Absolutely unbelievable. Please sort yourselves out. I expected far better. Would definitely recommend avoiding this company. Don't waste your money.

The car mats fit but stink to high heaven of disgusting rubber. Nothing will remove the smell. My new car smelt great, until I got these mats. The company suggested washing in warm soapy water, drying in the sun etc. no chance. It’s sickening smelly and expensive.

Just brought some mats from here and i'm very disappointed. They arrived late, communication from the company is shocking and when they did turn up the quality of them is very poor. We paid extra for better quality ones but my toilet paper is thicker.
Avoid this company and spend your money elsewhere.

You can tell a lot of care went into making these mats. The stitching is flawless, and they look fantastic in my car!

The quality of the 'high end' mats was terrible. Cheap thin carpet, starting to wear after only a week's use. There is no return option on the website and now they don't understand that I want to return the mats. They were expensive mats.

Am from Portugal and asked for details for a specific car model mats via email. Several days between responses and raised 3 times the final shipping price (!!!) (UK to Portugal). Besides, they didn't answer me in detail for the questions I asked, very basic answers. Didn't buy nothing unfortunately because of these issues.

I ordered a set of mats.
They haven't arrived so I thought I would contact customer services.
It turns out customer services is a robot. The email came back as returned and I went to track the order and it dosent recognise my email address!
I suspect a scam site

Ordered new Mats for my SMART Mk3 Cabrio and they arrived in the five working days promised.
One Mat appeared not to fit properly so contacted Customer Service and had an immediate positive response to solve the issue.
After double checking it turned out to be my error in the fitting orientation.
So the Mats do fit perfectly after all and so a happy Customer and they look great.

Ordered a set for a Subaru Outback late arriving didn't fit at all told them about it and they said they would send a new set out which they eventually did after many emails only to find they had sent exactly the same set so obviously didn't fit now won't reply to my emails so avoid these cowboys.

This attempted purchase is appalling. I tries for two days now to order car mats for my car having read the recent 2025 "excellent" reviews. The "Submit Order" button is not working....so I tried to engage uin a chat with the robot....and went around in frustrating circles and got nowhere. I asked for a number to call Customer Services and the number I was given by the robot online, was "out of service". When I subsequently asked why, we then went back to the circular response of "I am not able to answer your question, please contact Customer Services". I replied saying that "Your Company is suspicious" and typically got the standard response of, "I am not able to answer your question, please contact Customer Services".....!! I would strongly advise that this Company is either in liquidation or a complete scam. Do not try and use!

These mats are exactly what I was looking for. The stitching and design give my car a premium feel, and they’re so easy to clean. Worth every penny!

My order took 14 days to arrive, then when it arrived one of the clips for the mats was missing. I have contacted the company for a replacement, but 10 days later, I still have not received the clip and therefore am unable to fit one of the mats. There is no contact number so I am unable to discuss with them. I would highly recommend avoiding this company and use one that is more reputable.
