Defective item / No response from vendor
The bag I received was scuffed/discoloured over most of the front. I contacted the email address listed on the website, as directed by the refund policy. I was told to submit a return claim through a portal which requires me to cover shipping fees, even though the refund policy states free shipping will be free of charge when returning a defective item.
I have not received a response from Muud since asking about this. The support representative seemed unmoved when notified of a defective product having been sent/received.

I was disappointed with the product as…
I was disappointed with the product as it was wonky and the front of the needle case didn’t sit straight. It’s a good size and holds everything I need it to but it doesn’t look as nice as it does on the website due to the way it closes.

Ein HOCH auf MUUD und deren Produkte
Für Liebhaber der Maschenkunst sind die MUUD Produkte - durch die Bank weg - nicht nur schön anzusehen, sie sind auch durchdacht für jegliche Art der Aufbewahrung. Es macht einfach Spaß seine Wolle, Nadeln und was alles dazu gehört in den MUUD-Taschen zu transportieren, aufgeräumt und sortiert. Ein echter Hingucker. Natürlich können ein paar Taschenmodelle auch anderweitig genutzt werden und MUUD hat ein paar Accessoires entworfen, wie z.B. der Maschenzähler, die wirklich hilfreich sind. Aus wunderschönem Leder, Produkte die ein Leben lang Freude bereiten.
Ich bin begeistert!

The bag looks like the photos. I don’t realize how small the inside pockets are, they seem too small for a ball of wool. The leather is a nice colour but very thin.

The size of the inside pockets may feel smaller than expected. The pockets are designed primarily for organizing smaller tools and accessories, such as needles, scissors, or markers, rather than for holding a full ball of yarn. We understand that this may not suit every knitting or crochet setup, and we really appreciate you sharing your experience.
Regarding the leather, it is intentionally chosen to be thinner and flexible to keep the bag lightweight and easy to use while still maintaining durability and quality.
