Eigentlich nicht mal einen Stern. Hab jetzt schon der zweiten Poc Tectal in schwarz matt bekommen und auch bei diesem löst sich die matte Lackschicht wie Wachs von der Helmoberfläche. Das ist doch keine Lackierung. Was verabeitet ihr denn da??
Als für diesen Preis erwarte ich schon Qualität.

Produkterna är bra, men när jag behöver lägga energi på denna typ av problem kommer jag handla från ett annat varumärke nästa gång!

Shocking b2b relations they sold us the idea of a partnership on the phone and then got marketing off us for a whole year and then put debt collectors for some helmets that cost them very little.

I bought a product on the website for my Christmas holidays. I did not receive at the adress i gave. Not poc fault. Then i changed the adress and receive it well, but wrong size !
So I sent it back for a refund.
Still it’s a 6 stars service, I had the chance to talk to Eva who managed everything since day 1.
Working as a manager in à store, it’s very important to face the same contact. She managed everything as a pro even if it started wrong.
I’ll defenetly buy again this brand with this kind of customer service.

I would strongly recommend avoiding purchases directly from the POC website. Unfortunately, my experience with their return process was extremely disappointing.
Because my email address had not been registered prior to placing the order, I was apparently not eligible for a free return or any assistance with the process. Customers are left to organize everything entirely on their own.
In my situation, returning a relatively large package internationally would cost a significant amount of money. I have rarely encountered such a complicated and impractical return policy.
I would strongly recommend purchasing them through retail stores rather than directly from poc.com.

I bought a mountain bike helmet directly from the poc site december 2025 et they shipped one from 2021!!!! For an helmet over 200$ it’s totally Innacceptable.

Ich habe einen ungenutzten POC Octal X MIPS. Ich wollte ihn nach einem Jahr Lagerung im Schrank mit Spüli sauber machen und der schwarze matte Lack platzt ab. Des weiteren weißt der Helm Falten/Druckspuren im Schaumstoff auf, die laut POC Support nicht normal sind, aber auch unter den Polstern zu finden sind. Ich habe den Helm nicht getragen und bezweifele das falls der Helm vor meinem Kauf schon mal retourniert wurde, dieser an vielen Stellen mechanisch bearbeitet wurde. Die Qualität des ca. 200€ teuren Helmes scheint schlecht zu sein.

I am extremely impressed with POC as a brand. The quality of their helmets is outstanding — you can really feel the attention to detail, safety, and comfort the moment you use them.
What truly sets POC apart, however, is their customer support. The support team is professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with care, which gives me a lot of confidence in the brand.
I fully stand behind POC and would highly recommend their products to anyone who values safety, quality, and excellent customer service.
Have been a loyal customer to POC products for many years, and have spent large amounts of money on their products. Would highly advise against buying from their own website however. I hadn't registered my email before purchasing, so wasn't eligble for a free return or any help with it. I wouldn't have mind paying for the return, as is the case for many other stores, but instead you are expected to handle the return all on your own. Shipping a large package internationally would cost at least half of what I paid for the product, a VPD back protector for 120 Euro. I have never seen a return policy like this before.
I recommend their products but they should be bought in retail - not on poc.com. Will not be supporting POC in the future.

This company sucks. I have bought so much POC in the past from my local trek store and this was my first online purchase, but I wont buy anything ever again.
I made my first online purchase because they offered me a 15% discount on my first order. I was having issues applying the code but I placed the order thinking customer service could help adjust my order to include the code. NOPE. Their best solution was for me to wait 2 weeks for my order to arrive, send it back, cancel the order, order it again, and then I could get the 15% off. What year is it?! This is your best customer service solution?

Awful customer service. Loyal customer lost over $40. I tell all my cycling friends too.
"We would like to clarify that while we would have loved to retroactively apply your discount code, unfortunately our system is unable to once orders have been submitted."
Why dont you send me some socks or something to make up for it? here is my order # so you have all my info. order 7581618. I am a men's 11 US show size. Send me something worth $40 and it will satisfy me.

Watch out for bad customer service!
I purchased a POC Cularis helmet in August (via Biker Boarder Germany) After a minor fall, one of the visor mounting tabs broke and a small crack appeared in the visor. Things like this happen and the visor did what it was constructed for. But now comes the disappointing part:
I contacted POC to order a replacement visor and was informed that replacement visors for this model will not be available until the 2026 biking season, with no exact delivery date.
As a result, the helmet is currently not fully usable after a normal accident scenario, despite being a current, non-discontinued product.
Customer service advised waiting until next season or contacting the dealer, although spare-part availability depends on the manufacturer.
Potential buyers may want to consider the availability of essential spare parts when purchasing a poc helmet or don’t fall in the winter season.

Smooth ordering experience and item was as described. Delivery within estimated timeframe.
I am very disappointed with this helmet. It is only two years old, and I have always used it carefully. During a warm ski day in March (around 15°C / 59°F), the helmet suddenly became sticky and part of the surface melted, even though it was only exposed to normal sunlight while skiing.
According to the manufacturer, this is “normal wear” caused by contact with ski goggles or “direct heat,” but there was absolutely no contact with sunscreen, chemicals, heaters, or any other heat source. A helmet at this price point should be able to withstand these normal conditions.
It is very frustrating that a relatively new helmet can become unusable after just one warm day. I expected much higher quality from a brand known for reliability.
RESPONSE ON POC:
I have already emailed your team, and your reply stated that the helmet could not have melted and that the discoloration was caused by using ski goggles (which is surprising, as you’d expect the helmet to withstand this). You offered a 35% discount, but given that the helmet is only two years old and the plastic has melted and become sticky from the sun, I’m not willing to spend a significant amount of money on another one.

Purchased 2 of these moving from another reputable brand and disappointed more in the customer service than the issues with the helmets. Anyone can flog a helmet but supporting a customer seems to be a bridge too far. I’ve just repurchased with my previous manufacturer tail between thy legs. POC you need to fill the service boots or find something else to do eh
