25 € verbrannt.

Habe einen Helm bestellt und bei der Bestellung schon 8 € Liefergebühr bezahlt. Leider hat der Helm nicht gepasst. Als ich das Retourenpaket zur DHL Station gebracht habe, wollten die nochmal 17€ von mir haben. Bodenlose Frechheit!

I ordered a helmet and already paid 8 € for delivery. Unfortunately, the helmet did not fit. When I took the return package to the DHL station, they wanted another 17 € from me. Outrageous!

Additionally, I ordered from Germany.

I am extremely disappointed with POC and their shocking lack of customer service. I made a purchase from them, and while the items were returned to them – with proof of delivery from the courier and POC themselves acknowledging receipt of the return – I am still waiting for my refund.

This is completely unacceptable. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no response or update. It seems POC has no interest in assisting their customers once they’ve taken your money.

If the refund is not processed promptly, I will be escalating the matter through my card provider, AMEX, to resolve it. This is not a route I would normally take, but their utter disregard for professionalism and accountability leaves me no choice.

This experience has been enough to ensure I will never shop with POC again, and I would advise others to avoid them as well. Their poor service and lack of communication make for a deeply frustrating and stressful experience. Avoid them at all costs!

I can't recommend women's W's Pure Bib Shorts VPDs the padding is terrible when you first look at it, it looks ok but once you ride it's awful. Supposedly you can pull these bids down without taking your jersey off. There is no way possible to do this.
Contacted POC and the email was generic and don't care. Terrible service.
The Lycra is lightweight and feels ok but think it will stretch quite quickly.
Don't buy these.

No Refund, No Communication – Terrible Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with POC and their appalling customer service. I purchased a helmet from them before Christmas as a birthday gift, and the delivery was delayed FOUR times, meaning it didn’t arrive on time. After the holidays, I returned the item, which was received by them over a week ago, yet I still have no refund.

I’ve sent THREE emails asking for an update, and not a single one has been acknowledged or answered. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers once they’ve taken your money. I’m left chasing them for MY refund with zero communication from their side.

This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Avoid POC at all costs – they clearly don’t value their customers or provide the service they claim to. I just want my money back, but the lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking.

Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere!

Helmet tight to get off, but it's a full face Enduro so I can live with that. Very slight "peel" on the internal faces of the polystyrene areas, from the straps rubbing and sunglasses (that's why not a 5 star)
Excellent customer service regarding a replacement rain visor (not sold as a spare, very surprised) sent me one very quickly.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Does not even deserve one star as they have completely ignored all my emails. DO NOT BUY directly from them

Poor customer service.

Ordered something from their store, it will not arrive since they made a mistake with my address and now they are even unable to send it again.

They issued a reimbursement but the experience as a whole has been terrible.

Bought the Ventral Air MIPS helmet in Matt Black. MONUMENTALLY disappointed by its finish durability – it scratched awfully the first day just by regular handling and has looked like a flimsy $20 helmet since then. The foil is constantly peeling away – ironic given my girlfriend’s Decathlon helmet was like 1/6th of the price and the matt foil is far more resilient on hers.

POC makes high quality sporting gear that emphasizes comfort and safety. I am the proud owner of multiple POC helmets, for both skiing and biking. When one of my ski racing helmets came missing a certain level of release gear (due to the retailer I purchased it from, not POC) they happily sent me a replacement no questions asked. I would highly recommend POC for sports enthusiasts.

Leider hat UPS mein Paket verloren, aber der POC Kundenservice hat das Problem innerhalb von 3 Stunden super schnell und unkompliziert gelöst und mir mein Geld zurücküberwiesen. Hoffe nun, dass die neu bestellte Lieferung gut bei mir ankommt.

Retoure kostet mich 16,90€ weil Deutschland aus den Niederlanden beliefert wird. Helm war einfach katastrophal von der Passform.

I've been using ESSENTIAL ROAD VPDS BIB SHORTS for over a year now and I realized that they are not at all comfortable for long trips. Rubbing appeared after 80 km. Tried to leave a bad review on their website, but they didn't publish it! Support only responded to me once, saying that they would sort it out. But that did not happen.

j'ai commandé 2 vestes sans manches et une paie de lunettes cycle Elicit. coommande faite le 23/04/2024. la commande a été payée le même jour.
Nous sommes le 30/05 et je n'ai rien reçu.
Le plus ennuyeux est que malgré mes mails, je n'ai aucune réponse du support...

Mein POC-Helm hat mich vor schwersten Kopfverletzungen bewahrt.
Die Helmschale war gebrochen und ich hatte lediglich eine Gehirnerschütterung zu beklagen.
Die häufig in den Helmtests bemängelte Funktion der fehlenden „Reflektoren“ ist doch irrelevant, da hat doch jeder genug Fantasie umd das zu ändern.
Auf meinen Kopf kommt nur noch ein POC!

The best customer service, products, values and ethos. I have used POC sports exclusively for road cycling eyewear and helmets. Big thanks to Eva, for A+ customer support when I needed a spare part for my POC Elicit sunglasses. She helped source a part unavailable for sale on the site.

Dopo aver acquistato un casco air ventral mips arancio fluo ed averlo usato in estate, il colore ha iniziato a cambiare!
Ho scritto ripetutamente all'unica mail disponibile ma non sono mai stato ricontattato.
La serietà di un'azienda si misura sopratutto dall'assistenza post vendita, ancor più visto il costo del casco!

Excellent products and I am ever so grateful for the protection they have afforded me in my many MTB crashes.
Always a positive and speedy response from POC, particularly if there is a problem.

This is a decent brand with excellent customer service.

I am based in USA, so I actually ordered a helmet from POC. Can't complain, all good.
