I ordered the helmet through instagram page. Really like the design. Very satified1

in general i like poc cycling Accessoire products.
but i need to advice if u buy a jersey /roadbike trikot. look carefully for the cut of the sleeves . there are several models what u cannot use more then 6-8 months then u looks like a homeless guy with the flattering arm cut . guys why a company with so beautiful and practicable products make stuff like this ? can i return this also after a year ? i have all from poc my helmet my clothes my glasses my gloves and socks . only shoes and the bike are not this brand ….pls help. the support phone dont want help.

I ordered my first helmet ever from them. I'd never worn one before and decided it was time to cover up the lid. I go the helmet and headed up to the slopes. Found the ear covers to be too sound muffling. Screwing with my balance and depth perception of other skiers. Reallly couldn't hear anything. So i sent them a detailed email explaining my problem and how I didn't feel safe using their product. Got the ole "Per our return policy.." Once you buy it and wear it it's yours. Or just don't take the tags off when you want to test it on the mountain.

I ordered a POC helmet online and I didn’t receive due to shipping delay.
When I contacted them they said not from their website and the person I was in touch with regarding my refund stop emailing me.
The customer service is very very bad.

Used old inventory helmets that were on sale back to the price without any discount to benefit from the upcoming winter period.

Poor customer service without anything properly done.

I had a fantastic support experience speaking to Eva. She was polite, pleasant and professional and helped me solve my issue quickly and satisfactory. I always say a company is only as good as their customer support - and in this case I can say its great! I had bought a helmet at a shop but Eva solved it for me without the need for me to drive all the way to where I had originally bought it.

Got extra set of cheek pad Free of charge. Just bye asking for a link to by Them, fast replay and friendly service. I highly recoment there Product. I have coron Air mips and vpd 2 backprotector. Size true for charts and normal in sizing.

As per most of the reviews here, the returns policy is rubbish. I live in the UK and ordered a helmet. It went from Germany, to the Netherlands and then to the UK and took 7 days to arrive. When it arrived it was not the same colour as the web site made it look (Himalayan sand - horrible don't buy it).

I can return it but have to pay the full postage cost myself, even though I feel the web site depiction of the helmet is very deceptive.

I do like the POC helmets in general so ordered another one from Amazon, which arrived the next day and would have been a free return if I needed it.

Just really makes for a bad feeling about the company and causes me to shop around more when I next renew my helmet.

POC claims that they accept free returns for the subscribed members in EU. I ordered a product while I was in UK and asked to return it from my home located in Greece (EU country). Unfortunately they can't honor the free returns policy and with a "computer says no" attitude they responded that there's nothing to be done as the order made from UK. Great Products - very disappointing return policy.

This rating is a review of the customer experience buying from POC Sports directly, and not the actual products.

As others here have noted, and which I should have checked first, the return process for POC Sports requires shipping to the Netherlands and is customer paid. This is stated somewhere deep in the terms and conditions which POC customer care kindly point out when I enquired, but it is not transparent during the purchase process.

As a customer in Sweden, buying from a Swedish company, on a swedish website (.se), and in swediah language, it’s fair to assume a return will be within Sweden. Instead, I had to pay €12 / 120sek to return a pair of shorts that were too loose for their Medium size.

Complaints to POC customer care provide no empathy or goodwill gesture, just a well rehearsed ‘it’s in the T&Cs’.

So while their products are good, I recommend buying them from one of many other suppliers that offer free shipping and returns who are more transparent with their logistics, and don’t force their internal operational costs onto their external customers.

The glove I purchased based on the size guide was too small, so I wrote a somewhat harsh review for the sake of future buyers, but it is still not listed after a week.
It seems that they don't publish reviews that are inconvenient.
It's a shame, because the brand had given me a good impression until then.

Great design, terrible quality: I own three road cycling helmets and the colour fades after a few months, the foam parts fall apart. The quality to price ratio is a disgrace

Great products, but expensive to return the item that didn't fit. They should be more transparent on the website that you need to pay for the freight to The Netherlands yourself, or even better, let the customer take advantage of POC's discounted DHL tariffs. It ended up being the most expensive sweater I didn't buy.

Very pleasant customer service experience. I lost a single strap on my chest & back protector and was nowhere able to buy the spare part. When contacting POC with this inquiry they responded in a matter of minutes, asked for my address and two days later the spare part was delivered to me free of charge!
I was very positively suprised to get such fast and uncomplicated help and would hope to see such customer centricity also from other companies. Thanks!

Good products, very slow service. What is worse is that they force the consumer to sign up for the SHOP app to track orders which is just not good business practice. SHOP mines the user information and inundates the user with endless useless texts and emails in an effort to sell other or any product. Their services are dependent on a tracking number that has not yet been issued. They do not provide updates on the status of an order prior to shipment.

Googles Lens change System is not made to last. The plastic hooks don’t fit where they belong, and the material is not withstanding the pressure needed to install or destall lenses so that the frame broke at the nose part - and this already after one week of use. Very poor construction and low quality materials in my opinion. Had no problem with my O*****‘s for years.. very disappointing.

Pros:

- Products are fantastic, I have the meninx rs helmet and zonula comp goggles and think they are brilliant.

Cons:

- RRP way too high. I got both the helmet and the goggles for about 60% off on sportpursuit and still paid about £230 combined. No way the helmet is worth £260 on its own which is what they are charging.

- POC's explanation of features is appalling. My helmet has two step detachable earpads and my goggles have a removable air vent, but there are no instructions anywhere online or with the products explaining what to do. Like how difficult is it to add a short instruction booklet to your website explaining how to remove the earpads.

Not great if I'm honest. Me and my partner both have VPD air knee pads, both have failed in the same spot. The pad has rubbed its way through the outer layer of fabric in less than a year. The pads have Never been crashed, not rubbing on the frame. Had a response from poc saying this is a "normal sign of use". If you want knee pads that last more than a year through normal pedalling conditions then go for a different brand, POC are a joke when it comes to customer service.

If you are not 100% sure that the product is right for you, do not order it! The return policy they have is bs. For me, the return shipping will cost about the same as the damn product.

However, the customer service is good and the products are of quality.

Ordered a POC helmet and had a great and efficient experience with customer service.
