schwerer Fahrradunfall - Helmfunktion super
Ich hatte einen schweren Fahrradunfall. Kiefer gebrochen, 6 Rippen verletzt. Der Helm von POC hat mir vermutlich das Leben gerettet, da ich ansonsten schwerste Kopfverletzungen gehabt hätte.
Ich werde mir wieder einen Helm von POC kaufen. Diesmal ggf mit Kieferschutz :)

I bought a new road-bike helmet…
I bought a new road-bike helmet yesterday from the POC website. The site was very informative and purchasing from the site was easy. It was a high-end product and I was able to easily access all specs and also reviews. POC is widely adopted by pro cyclists, and I recommend the brand and their products wholeheartedly!

Love the new Cularis helmet. Light, excellent air flow, fits well. Got one because of the excellent safety rating from VA Tech, but all the features are pretty dialed.

Returns at your cost
I ordered the incorrect helmet size & paid. I instantly noticed an emailed customer service. I asked could they change the size? They told me No & I had to re-order, which meant paying for two orders. I took their advice only to discover UK customers have to pay for returns & include tracking. My return bill was over £30. It was my first order. I found the size guide on the other items I ordered not at all useful. I was looking to spend over £400 but ended up having to return the items because the sizes were all wrong, and I was left out of pocket.

terrible customer service, Max (if that is his real name) was of no help. Spent a lot of time trying to solve a problem, didn't get any real solutions so we had to go but somewhere else.

Aller letzter Kundenservice
Aller letzter Kundenservice, sowas hab ich nur selten erlebt. Rückversand: komplizierter kann man es dem Kunden nicht machen. Rückerstattung nach 3 Wochen immernoch nicht erhalten, eine Mail mit einem Artikel als Gutschrift von zwei zurückgeschickten habe ich, also nochmal Mail schreiben und weiter hoffen. Wir werden in Zukunft keine Artikel mehr von POC kaufen weder direkt noch woanders. 92,50€ stehen mir an Rückerstattung zu, nur 50€ wurden erstattet!

Se upp för deras returhantering
POC har riktigt bra och snygga produkter, men deras returtjänst är en katastrof. Jag fick betala 275 kr för att returnera en vara till Nederländerna, och en annan retur skulle gå till Tyskland. Där fick jag visserligen en returetikett, men den var för UPS – och det finns inget UPS-ombud där jag bor. Processen är omständlig, krånglig och långt ifrån kundvänlig. Många andra företag har löst returhantering betydligt bättre. Tyvärr gör detta att jag mest troligt inte kommer att handla från POC igen, oavsett hur bra deras produkter är.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the manufacturing date of helmets. Please allow us to clarify: as long as a helmet has been stored correctly, in suitable conditions without exposure to sunlight, heat, or humidity, it maintains its full protective performance and safety.
POC helmets are designed for a recommended lifespan of at least 3 years of use, and the production date does not reduce their safety or quality when the product has been handled and stored properly before sale.

Ich habe mir den Rad Helm “Ventral Air Mips” gekauft. Der Helm tut mir binnen kurzer Zeit fürchterlich weh und hinterlässt tiefe, rote Druckstellen auf meiner Stirn, obwohl ich ihn kaum zudrehe. Ich habe POC angeschrieben und als Antwort erhalten, dass meine Kopfform wohl nicht zum Helm passt, zurückgeben kann ich ihn nicht, weil ich ihn schon verwendet habe und kein Herstellungsfehler vorliegt. Kundenservice ist das keiner. Ich muss mir einen anderen Helm kaufen. Sicher keinen POC.

es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass der Ventral Air MIPS Helm bei Dir nicht bequem sitzt. Wir verstehen, dass das sehr frustrierend ist.
Aus Sicherheits- und Hygienegründen können wir leider keine Rückgaben oder Umtausch von bereits genutzten Helmen akzeptieren, sofern kein Herstellungsfehler vorliegt. Wir wissen, dass das nicht die Lösung ist, die Du Dir erhofft hast, und bedauern, dass der Helm nicht gepasst hat.
Vielen Dank für Dein Feedback – es hilft uns, unsere Hinweise zu Passform und Rückgabebedingungen für zukünftige Kunden noch klarer zu kommunizieren.

Perfect
I had no problems with returning a pair of glasses that didn't fit me. After sending them back, I received a refund in a timely manner.
Afterwards, I had a good experience with customer service regarding another pair of glasses I already owned. Thanks to July for the excellent service. I'm a satisfied customer.

Ventral air mips
I’ve been using POC gear for a while now, and I’m really impressed with the quality. My latest purchase, the Ventral Air MIPS helmet is no exception. Super comfortable, lightweight, and seems to provide excellent protection. Website is easy to navigate without too much fluff. Super fast delivery. All in all very pleasant experience again.
