Where to start... Jon reached out to us a couple of months ago and informed us he believed we may have overpaid our SDLT. Understandably we were quite dubious about this but upon further investigation and talking to Jon any doubts we had were soon replaced with hope that he would be able to help us. With a no win, no fee policy we proceeded with the application.

The process was extremely straight forward and easy, communication was great and the overall service received was excellent.

Within 3 weeks we heard from Jon and we were overjoyed to be successful in our application, the money was transferred into our account instantly and the reasonable fee was very much worth it.
