We were contacted by Jon and his team after the sale of our house went through and didn’t even realise that we were eligible to get relief on our stamp duty.

From the initial contact, SDLT were really professional and responsive. The process itself was really quick and free from issues as SDLT do all the work, would highly recommend this company.

We were contacted recently by SDLT Experts Ltd with a mail shot in the post.
I read up about what they do and was amazed that they said that we had paid too much stamp duty when we purchased our property in September 2021 and that they could hopefully get it back.
It was on a no win no fee basis so I thought I had nothing to loose.
We were contacted by other companies who would also do this but they charged a lot more than SDLT were charging.
I checked out the company reviews which all looked ok so thought that I would let them try and get back our overpaid stamp duty.
In less than 3 weeks from them submitting our request we have the money in our account.

This is one the best companies when it come to SDLT. Jon and the team are just exceptional! When Jon first contacted us we were a little nervous, not sure if we were willing to proceed but as it turned we had some serious £££ paid back to us from HMRC for stamp duty. Due to our annexe we paid more Stamp duty than we needed to and SDLT Experts pointed this to us and we didn’t have to do anything. They did it all and we got back what was owed. They were very honest about how much we were going to get. There was nothing hidden and we got exactly what they said we were going to get. These guys know what they are doing and they do what the know! Very, very pleased indeed!

After hearing of the potential of obtaining a rebate on our stamp duty, it was ideal timing that we received Jons marketing material and video through the post. We had already looked at trying to apply direct to the relevant govt agency , however had given up due to Complexity. Jon Fitch was absolutely wonderful. First contact was January 17th and our money has now been paid into our account on February 8th. All you need to do is fill in a couple of forms, take a few photos to prove the separate dwelling and leave Jon to weave his magic.
