After paying £20,000 to HMRC and forgetting about it, then SDLT experts shows up with a pitch to help me recover £12,000. It initially felt like it was a scam. But after my research and realising that all their claims were true, I gave it a shot. They told me it will take around 3-4 weeks to get a response from HMRC and the refund. Guess what? The refund hit my account in less than 3 weeks. I am so happy about this service and truly appreciate SDLT.

Jon contacted us recently with regard to our over payment of Stamp Duty on a house purchase , he advised us that he could make a claim for a refund and after discussing this we decided to let Jon deal with the claim , after a few weeks we were pleasantly informed by Jon that he had been successful in making the claim for us and he had received the full refund from the Reenue which he promptly handed over minus his reasonable fee.
I would have to say if Jon contacts you regards any Stamp Duty overpayment his service is excellent.

Jon at SDLT Experts Ltd contacted us shortly after we purchased a property in Devon with a holiday let in the grounds . He was sure we were due a refund due to overpayment of Stamp Duty . I was approached by mail regarding the services SDLT could offer me. I am always suspicious when I am approached by an unknown source about saving money. However as soon as I spoke to them I was 100% clear about what they could do. After sending some basic information they were able to refund the money that I was owed - very clear & very efficient!
