I’m really sorry to hear about your issue with Vinted and that you didn’t find Resolver helpful.

To clarify, Resolver isn’t a third party or a complaints management company. We’re a free service that helps people raise complaints about UK businesses and organisations, making the process simpler and easier to manage.

Our service has helped over 5 million people sort out complaints - completely free of charge. Based on feedback from our users, companies often respond more quickly and effectively when a case is raised through our platform. That said, we can’t guarantee a positive outcome - it is, in the end, up to the company you are complaining to, to resolve the issue.

In any case of a limited or unsatisfactory response from a company, we would advise you to be as proactive as possible with your communications. Continue to email from your Resolver case file and, where possible, explore alternative methods of reaching them.

To clarify, the data misuse claim we are currently promoting is being handled by Barings Law, not Bingham Solicitors. In all of our promotional materials, we make sure to highlight that this legal assistance is provided on a no-win, no-fee basis. I apologise if this was not made clear to you.
