My experience with Deb from Roomia St Mary's was by far the best customer service experience I have had in years. Not only was Deb extremely friendly and easy to deal with, she was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the options available and was able to help me pick the right storage solution for my needs. She also told me about the van they offer as an option for people to move in their items. I could not fault this customer service, it was above and beyond.

Scott was very helpful when I made a phone enquiry and then when I went to the facility to show me my unit and how to access it.
I also used the app help people as I had issues (completely my own fault) in downloading the app, they were extremely helpful as well.

I used a storage unit at Roomia Minchinbury for close to 2 years. My experience was very positive I never had a single issue the entire time. Very easily accessible, the facility is always kept clean and well maintained, and Sarah and Vicki are great. I would definitely use Roomia in the future.
