Great Experience and perfect location

From the start my experience with whole process it was very good and the staff were fantastic and helpful.
The unit was a great size and used it for 3 years. So convenient to get the extra space before leaving for overseas.

Thank you for the great experience and safety of my goods.

Place is always kept neat

Place is always kept neat. The staff are just awesome. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs an extra storage place that is secured and easily accessible.

Best self storage around

Was such a quick and easy process to book, Jessica was friendly, with such amazing customer service. The prices were the best around the area. This is a definitely a place I would recommend to family and friends. Thank you Roomia Springfield!

Sara and vicki are roomia legends

I recently used Roomia at their Minchinbury location and had an excellent experience from start to finish.

The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained. The entire process was smooth and straightforward, with clear communication throughout. Sarah and Vicki were especially helpful, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions. They made everything simple and stress-free.

Easy to set up in a stressful time of need. Great support from the company showing us how to use the app and where to find things too. Great variety of sizes too.

It was easy to book/reserve a unit

It was easy to book/reserve a unit. Friendly service.The only drawback is the Genie entry app I tried four times to get it to work and failed, the staff also tried. The app download ok and you update your data ok but when you press the button on the app to open the gate it comes up as an error. This is an important feature if you're in a normal vehicle you can easily enter your passcode into the keypad. However, if you are in a truck you need to get out of the truck to enter the passcode.
