Emma McCosh at Slater and Gordon was great. Extremely helpful and always available to help and answer questions despite lots going on. She kept me fully informed and made the whole process of my claim much more straightforward. I would highly recommend her specifically to act on your behalf. She is extremely knowledgeable and pragmatic. I dealt with a couple of other consultants during my claim with S&G, and previously Jigsaw Law, and Emma was by far the best - I felt like she always listened and had my best interests at heart.

The communication was very poor and felt like I was being left to chase things and them also.

Brilliant service throughout. Solicitor very quick to respond to any questions or queries I had. No hassle, the solicitor dealt with everything.

From day one I was kept up to date of what was going on with my case and always felt in the loop. Would highly recommend to anyone with no issues for them to keep an eye on

Evidence provided was not read in full by my solicitor (who had taken the case on from another Solicitor who left the business early on in my claim). I was advised to accept 50/50, by my solicitor which I declined and ended up telling my solicitor the information held on my file, to then almost 3 years later receive 100% of the claim based on that information (which had been there from the start of the claim and had not been read). Disappointing service from Slater and Gordon, I would not have got where I have with my case if I had followed their advice.

I recently had a stellar service from my Solicitor Gulderen Salih and her team at Slater and Gordon on my civil claims case after a horrific road traffic accident. Gulderen helped in many ways by organising key rehabilitation treatment, assisting me with financial queries among other things. She worked tirelessly to always make sure I was well taken care of, well represented and well informed on all procedural, medical and general matters relating to my case and my situation. She’s consistently gone above and beyond in representing my interests and I could not be happier. I highly recommend her, and, Slater and Gordon.

Very terrible experience. I had an accident stationary in 2020 by a boy racer from youtube and was injured the injuries start showing up from the night after I went home and they got worst to the point I cannot walk with neck, side, sciatica and still have multiple slipped disc my back, leg and hip paint still not fixed and I still shaking when I go sleep sometimes.
I go reffered to these guys through national accident help line and told them look I got injured in this accident and this what been happening and another thing that made it worst was covid you could not go the doctors or hospital unless cut open and there was massive back logs for appointments so could not get one till almost one year later and an mri scan almost three years later that showed the slipped discs and back injury. They do not proof read their doctors reports before they are sent to you to be signed, and will get you to sign reports that will go against you which is out of order when they supposed to be looking out for you and in your interest. Almost 4 years they abandoned me when the case supposed to go court still not got a court date yet. They doctors write bias reports and a lot of the lady solicitors there are bias terrible experience with this company one guy there is True called David the rest I would not trust for a second. I would never recommend them except going through David only. One lady had my case over a year and did nothing. Disgrace how people get treated by this company especially men.
This handling of my case was a mess multiple solicitors my case file keep getting sent to other people after a few months or a year so mistakes made by them and by medical professionals are only spotted at the last minute. Very horrifying experience. This UK justice system is just ridiculous and not care two damn about real people and the effects of rta not your fault! Outrageous and a disgrace 😤.
