Overall, the process was good it was slow to progress but majority of the time it can be out of the control of Slater and Gordan as there are delays with medical experts.

Hannah Gibson was very informative and quick to progress the claim throughout the process when it was within her control and although she is a Paralegal and not a senior solicitor, I believe she did the necessary requirements for this case and to reach a settlement before court proceedings.

However, whether I received maximum compensation and could have received more is unknown so would not like to comment on this, but I was in the process of switching solicitors as reading case study's of similar claims settling for more.

However, after talking to a senior solicitor outside of Slater and Gordan he did advise some of the case study settlements shown are not an accurate reflection as many factors contribute to this for example loss of Salary, Age, Profession etc.

Overall, I am satisfied as I may I have received more compensation if this case carried on but the risks of not settling early may have outweighed, as know I can concentrate and focus on my future going forward.

I’ve tried to contact them a number of times and nothing. Emailed and had no response. I sent my son’s birth certificate in June and haven’t received it back and need it as a matter of urgency. How can you get in touch with these people

Although my case was very complicated because of unprecedented circumstances, my solicitor, Hollie Davies, was amazing. Her meticulous and intuitive approach to the case resulted in an excellent outcome.

Good communication and kept me updated, very helpful and beneficial company

I had great dealings with Ann-Marie leading all the work and updates and vital details of my case over the course of my case dealings. I was always kept informed, had flexibility and helped with a date change which they pushed for me and most importantly we won as well.

A Disaster.. I man called me. He did not speack good english, his telephone did not work. Dificult to hear, as if he was across.the world, He did not understand what I said. And ask me so many personal questions..I though it was one of this scams, over the phone, and he will ask me for my bank! account. He did not ask about the injurie, and when he did ask..he said..why you did not avoid this? .why you did not call before?.. "It only was a month ago" I told him I was left with ciatica..and he had no clue about it, never heard of ciatica, and I have hernia in the spine. He said I shoud had avoud the accident..he never got it!! He speak so slow, as if he arrived from India last week.
He never got the picture..and told me they will not take the case..he do not speak good English, and did not understan what I said. I really thought, it was a con. I spend 40 minutes on the phone.
A Joke! Will anybody ask to a person. Why didn't you avoid this accident?.
They should employ competent people.
Waste of time!

My claim has lasted over 4yrs and she has been nothing but amazing, helpful and most of all patient. I chose slater and Gordon because they seemed familiar. I.e tv, radio etc. and I’m glad I did.
