Called 4 hours later onthe day of fitting only to be offered sincere apologies etc
Then told of factory issues/delivery/hiccups in the warehouse etc. Please, Iâm not too angry about the fitting times as I was working from home but could see it be an issue for some. but just ke me in the loop.
And donât tell stories to cover up the truth- just tell the truth, no excuses required!

Outstanding customer service
The member of staff who helped us understand, select, and buy a riser recliner chair was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and went over and above to help us get what we needed. He was a real expert and offered invaluable advice. Also the selection of these chairs available at Sterling was fantastic. Much better than every other store we visited. The chair was delivered to our family member within days and was exactly what they needed, they love it. I cannot recommend and thank Sterling enough. This is our third purchase from Sterling this year and we will now always go there first when looking to buy furniture.
