NO FOLLOW UP- WAS PROMISED A SET OF RETAINERS THAT NEVER GOT SENT, NOT HAPPY WITH FINAL OUTCOME OF TEETH AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE MULTIPLE TIMES AND NO RESPONSE

At the start Sarah was fantastic and the service was fast and helpful. When I wasn’t happy with the projection and I asked if it could be altered the problems started.

I responded at the end of August that I was unhappy and it’s now the middle of November. I thought I would have finished the advice by now almost. However I am yet to speak to someone with regards to receiving the first set.

I was told 5-10 business days it’s been 2.5 months.

They have my money as I paid upfront.

My experience with them has been a mix of good and bad.

Good:
- over the time I’ve used the aligners, my teeth have hugely improved and are now as straight as I was expecting them to be based on smile preview, and my bite seems fine too - but it seems I have got lucky with this based on other reviews!
- when my aligners stopped fitting well halfway through my first course they re-did impressions, and smile projections and sent me a new set of aligners; when queried that the new set were daytime rather than the nighttime aligners I had paid for, they immediately refunded the difference

Bad:
- no response to my last few photo updates to “Sarah” - I’m on the penultimate step so happy to proceed on my own though.
- as I haven’t moved to retainers yet I can’t comment on this personally but it is a worry that so many people report they don’t fit well, or break easily, and now there is no way of ordering a replacement (though it is possible to get them made on eBay for about £35!)
- like others, I never received the whitening kit I was promised when I first ordered
- customer service sometimes didn’t reply with a relevant response, or were slow, and felt like standard responses, though when insisting I did eventually always get a proper reply
- my course has been slow, almost 2 years from ordering in January 2021, but this is partly because of needing to re-do the aligners mid way through my first course, and because I was adamant I didn’t want to wear aligners during my work day, I mostly wore them at night so took longer to progress to next stage each time. I was ok with this.

I am happy with the treatment I got a year ago but recently there is no communication. I have paid for my retainers but have not received anything and no response please get back to me or refund me my money back!

Pretty much the same as everyone else Sarah is very good at thanking you for your patience whilst delaying time. Lower aligners never fitted so all split in the same place but apparently the expert will get back to me soon!! I only got the one set of retainers and not the two that was on the deal, and I didn’t get the teeth whitening kit either. The one upper retainer split within weeks and I’ve not got as far as the lower one yet. I now dread going to my dentist and trying to explain. The jist of the story is don’t be drawn in by the cheap price because the goods are cheap tat,, but then you can’t at the minute anyway because they aren’t taking any new orders! As if that’s not covering their own back.

A bit of a delayed review but the straight my teeth retainers have made a massive difference to my teeth! They are now nice and straight. I am really sad they have shut down now :( I never had any problems with them and responded to my emails quickly. It’s a shame.

The worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced. So eager to get your money initially, very responsive to their chat and then all you get when you prices are automated emails from ‘Sarah’.

I completed the process and to be honest was happy with results until the retainers from my very last set snapped. Ordered a new pair, paid the £99 and was told I’d have them within 3 weeks, 3 months later after constantly chasing them via multiple channels with zero response I’ve disputed via PayPal and got a refund.

I’m now without retainers to actually fully complete the straightening process.

Literally so disappointed, all the money spent to not even be able to complete the very last step because they are absolutely impossible to reach.

Almost 2 years down the line and i am still without aligners! Avoid this company. I paid £749 in February 2021 and still no further forward! I requested a refund only to be met with silence.

I have undergone the full treatment with SMT and am now at alligners stage. The treatment process was ok until recently and the results were not as projected. Does anyone know what we can do about getting replica retainers now it seems SMT have gone bust?

Update: I’ve contacted companies house and it seems they haven’t filed for administration.

Unfortunately, these people do not seem to be serious at all. I should have known that something wasn't right about them. I am trying to contact them now that I am demanding a refund, but it seems as though they are no longer available. Please, AVOID!!!!!!

still waiting since august for a set of braces - paid in full and have asked numerus times for updates and my money back with no avail. communication is awful and i get the same generic response from 'sarah' never give you their name

I paid in full and never Recieved anything. Can’t get intouch with anyone to help

2 years of treatment that was due to take 6 months has left me with an unfinished treatment that will cost thousands to rectify.
Impersonal, copy and paste customer service was tolerable whilst receiving treatment that appeared to be progressing, but communication has ceased and I've since reported to trading standards.

Several people are talking about taking the business to court which I am keen to participate in as this is wide scale malpractice and people deserve full refunds.

A GREAT cheaper alternative. Very good customer service. And I now have straight teeth:) very happy!

No communication, poor standard of aligners that keep splitting, teeth are now regressing as a result. Threatened legal action, I finally got a reply stating that they renovating and changes in internal policies. I don’t want shoddy excuses, I want straight teeth!!
Looked on LinkedIn, only two employees and based in Pakistan.
Avoid them at all costs (speaking of costs, pay more for a reputable company).

None of the email addresses work, neither do the phone numbers. All points to a company who has ceased trading, although companies house states that they still active. The director’s details are on there…….

My treatment is incomplete and nobody answers emails or phone calls.

SCAM. Currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. All emails and calls to the company now bounce and I never received any aligners.

For the last 3 months, I have received emails stating my aligners are delayed and I will receive them shortly, to then to be told that the company is moving to a new warehouse, and this is causing a slight delay.
Even tried the number 07728 289606 which is on the first order receipt, This is an EE mobile but nobody answered. Worth a try if you didn't pay by credit card!

Disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.

Des escrocs, je confirme. J'ai également réalisé 2 fois les empreintes (payantes) puis j'ai bien reçu les 5 premiers sets de gouttières. Depuis 4 mois, malgré toutes mes démarches, je n'obtiens pas les suivantes malgré le contrat payé. Les adresses auxquelles j'écrivais pour obtenir réparation ont disparu subitement. NE surtout pas passer par eux pour avoir un beau sourire...
