Avoid at all cost scam company ⛔
It says on Google closed permanently but website still running and taking money....I'm left in the middle of treatment! They took the full money now Not responding to emails nor calls !!

SCAMMED... my daughter saved up for aligners and nothing arrived, refusing to answer emails since june.

SCAM! Please avoid at all costs as they are still accepting payments on their website! They have switched off all forms of communication and owe me £799 after the treatment not being suitable for me to continue with. As other have said if you have already made the payment go to your bank as they can do a charge back within 120 days. Hope this helps at least one person to avoid the mistake I made!

J'ai reçu les 5 premiers aligneurs, après avoir du leur renvoyer deux fois les empreintes (payées 80 € à chaque fois).
Recontactés il y a 5 semaines, ils m'annoncent que les autres aligneurs sont en cours de fabrication.
Aujourd'hui, contact impossible, jamais reçu les aligneurs, mails et téléphones injoignables...
Une arnaque sans nom et plus de 1000€ dépensés dans le vent... merci...

I am on number 10 aligners and can’t see any difference at all.I am contacting them to get my next batch but they are all disappeared.the aligners never fits properly and I always received them very very late or lost and they had to order again,but I know that was a big lie.now unfinished treatment and losing £800 left me so disappointed.avoid this company as they still get orders online automatically and never shows up.😔

Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service!!! The treatment is not reviewed properly and you could be left with many dental problems after.
There are so many teeth straightening companies, use another company.

Straight my teeth were sending my aligners in instalments after my treatment initially went wrong the first time (long story).

I have received 5 out of 24 trays and now they are ‘permanently closed’ and I’m unable to contact them.

The bank have refused a refund because I purchased the plan over 120 days ago so I have lost £850.

Website is still accepting sales. Avoid at all costs.

I was extremely happy until the end of it. You can see how your teeth improve along the process.
I did pay extra for the night only treatment, with extra steps, and an extra aligner at the end of the treatment.
Despite being the night option, because they are comfortable, I did wear them as much as possible even during the day.
The problem showed at the end of the treatment, my top and bottom teeth do not match on biting and it became obvious once I reached the last step that this was the end result of the treatment as the top and bottom aligners do not match themselves.
After contacting the Straight My Teeth, I was given an answer that did not explain why the aligners do not match and pointed out to me that the solution would be to pay an extra £150 for an extension of the treatment.
During the process, I did notice as well that the steps did apply very little or not noticeable pressure, whereas others pushed my limits and could just wear them the first days while sleeping.
I did mention that my target on the treatment was specially to end up with a well aligned bite... And I'll need to visit a dentist to sort this out eventually as I have ended with a worse bite than I had (struggle with meats, specially grills).
I cannot recommend but encourage people to use a treatment supervised in person by a specialist. You'll save money in the long run.
Btw, I just realized that most positive reviews are from accounts with just a single review.
Straightmyteeth has offered to review my case and asked for removing my review until the new end of the treatment (March 22)

This has been a terrible experience, I will be looking now at going to dentist for correction after a treatment that I was aiming to just improve my smile....

I purchased a new set of retainers as the previous ones broke 6 months in - they've deleted their support email address so there's now no way to contact them.

No contact number. Impossible to get hold of now. I would avoid if you're considering this service.

I paid the total amount up front at the beginning of August and received my impression tray, I completed and returned to the address on the leaflet. This was signed for but no response and I was advised it’s the incorrect address. They sent me a new tray without paying more money as they requested. I completed again and returned to the correct address, they were signed for a few days later and then nothing. No ‘smile projection’ or any communication on progress whatsoever. “Sarah” sends generic email responses and no one answers the phone anymore. I’ve successfully managed to do a chargeback claim with my bank so have a refund but this organisation have almost certainly gone out of business. Avoid.

Absolute scam. Nothing received after months, requested a refund multiple times and got no response. Having to take action through credit card company. Do not use this company. They stop responding.

It’s a scam stay away! Lost the money and wasted a year on painful braces that went nowhere

The treatment wasn’t working, I let the company know however the company stopped replying. I payed for retainers that were never sent, it’s been an absolute nightmare

When the company first launched they ran a promotion where 5 start reviews meant the customer got freebies hence why there are so many fake 5 star reviews

At this point I exhausted all options so I will have to go through another company or get normal braces.

I really hope no one else looses money, time and goes through the pain of braces for a year for nothing like I did.

I'm baffled as to how this company has more than 1 star. They sent my impressions when I first purchased the item with no problems and I completed them, however they said I would need to complete another set and said I needed to send £30 for new ones. About 2 months went by and they kept on coming up with excuses as to why they hadn't sent them, until the point where I had enough and requested a refund through PayPal. After months I finally got a full refund, but I recommend no one to use this service.

Please avoid this company. I had relatively straight teeth from wearing braces as a child but ever since my retainers broke as a kid, my teeth have slowly moved back in places. All my teeth were straight apart from the two upper lateral incisors that had slightly moved to behind my front teeth.

After making it clear this was my problem area I was assured these two teeth could be brought back round in time for my wedding 9 months later. The course did slightly straighten my bottom teeth (already straight enough for me to be happy though) but the two problem teeth had not been rectified. The course did move them around which was promising but the final few retainers just moved them back into the same position.

I complained and the company said they would resolve if I paid £100 to which I refused because the whole £700/£800 course was paid to resolve these two teeth. They eventually agreed to send me a new course free of charge, again asking me to clarify what the issue was (just a tooth either side of my front ones). Again spent 8 months wearing retainers for the exact same outcome. 2 years down the line and the only two teeth I was ever fussed about, are no closer to being straight.

I wouldn't recommend this company on the basis that I don't believe they use recognised dentists which may explain why their prices are so competitive compared to similar providers.

I had impressions done and even got a projection of the treatment outcome (which took months), but have received nothing since.
All the email addresses have now stopped working and no one is answering the phones.
Pursuing a refund through my credit card company.

Stay away - I had my aligners in for 24 month (instead of the 8 months. projected). After 2 years of back where they said all is. going all right my teeth are still wonky and my bite is. so bad that I now need professional work. which costs thousands of pounds. They. told me to wait for the specialist to confirm how to go forward, then that they are refurbishing, now all their emails are down and they no one answers. their phone anymore. I'm left in a debt of thousands, I started. to procedure of taking them to court both as a company and the individuals involved who deliberately pushed my claims for months so they can get away with it and go away with my money, even in writing.

Very very upset. I first make all payment in April 2022 and until today regret as am still struggling to get a hold of them (November 2022)
In the begining their customer service is brilliant they are flawless all communication with them is via a live chat 24/7 or email. During the whole process i was able to document everything and screen shot all live chats. Once you make your price full payment thats when its down hill. I kept ignoring all the red flags after payment.
Once i saw an advert massive discount that should have been a red flag i just assumed i got lucky at the right time.
1st flag- once i purchased the impression kit and paid in full the instructions kit wasnt clearly detailed nor fully equipt when i requested the missing item i was requested to pay extra for shipping
2nd once i got kit it didnt fit when i told them they told me to go to any private denist which i refused as it costed £100 extra
3rd they promised to send everything quick but they delayed with all kits regardless of consist reminders
4th the quality of the aligners very very cheap and they caused alot of bleeding, gaps in my teeth and odd teeth movements- again i trsuted the process as they told me i would expect changes but trust it for 6 Plus month
5th i had to constantly chase them to send the other alingers i paid in advnace
6th closer to end of treatment they told me to make sure i wear the retainers (x2) which were included in the price i paid in advnace for however they only sent 1. when i asked about the other one they would ignore my emails, sent over 5 follow ups with 3 day gaps, they ignored them and when they would respond they would address me under a wrong name, they eventually apologied and claimed they no longer make the retainers therefore could not send.
7th when i requested a refund or reimbesment they ignored my emails
8th when i sent a final strong email of complaint of everything above they ignored
9th part of the package was a teeth whitening kit which i never got regardless of reminders.
10th live chats under my name were no longer avalible once i began complaining.

Stir far away they are very clever scammers, they do send you the kit after payment but its all extremly cheap stuff and they dont send everything and cut off communication. kept going as i trusted them which was very foolish and blind of me.
