foulard quadrato in seta naturale 65 cm. accessorio Lusso 100% seta di gelso.
Il 22/06/2026 mi è stato consegnato ma il prodotto riporta sull'etichetta 100% polyestere ...
Nella stessa data ho inviato email x spiegazioni e nessuno mi ha più risposto.

La couleur de la taie d’oreiller verte ne correspondait pas du tout à la photo. J’ai demandé un remplacement ou un remboursement et n’ai jamais eu de retour de leur part. Très mauvais service client je ne vous recommande pas d’acheter sur ce site. Préfèrez chillsilk oi emilys pillow

La talla no correspondía a la que pedí ,y para devolver he tenido que pagar transporte, estoy esperando el reembolso,no me parece serio me siento defraudada.

Llevo semanas intentando hacer devolución(desde dia de entrega), porque no coincide ni talla ni descripción de artículo recibido, y no hay manera. Me tenéis que devolver dinero y mandar discreción para hacer devolución.

Le foulard reçu ne ressemble pas du tout à celui commandé.

Produit non conforme reçu ( 100% polyester au lieu de 100%cachemire) début juin.
Aucune réponse à mes nombreuses sollicitations via le mail de contact et via le site.

ordinati due foulard, arrivati due foulard diversi da quanto ordinato. chiesto il reso più volte e non sono mai stata ricontattata (e non esiste modo di effettuare un reso sul loro sito, incredibile!!!)

Ich habe vor über vier Wochen Ware bestellt und bis heute keine Lieferung erhalten. Ich habe mehrfach nachgefragt per E-Mail, wann die Lieferung erfolgen wird, aber nie eine Antwort erhalten. Würde hier nie wieder bestellen!

J’ai commandé des oreillers sur ce site en me basant sur les photos et la description présentées. Malheureusement, les produits reçus ne ressemblent en aucun cas à ce qui était annoncé. La qualité est très inférieure à celle promise et les oreillers ne correspondent pas aux images du site.
Lorsque j’ai contacté le service client pour demander un retour ou un remboursement, ma demande a été refusée malgré la non-conformité évidente du produit reçu.
Je suis très déçu(e) par cette expérience et je déconseille ce site aux personnes qui souhaitent acheter en toute confiance. Faites attention avant de commander.

Today I received my order: 3 pairs of silk underwear. Immediately upon opening the package I noticed that the undies look poorely made, with some loose threads poking out from the stitches, but worst of all – the tag blatantly shows it was made in China. Yes, many brands make their items in China, but the tag was not even modified to contain Studio Soie's logo or anything; the items have clearly been dropshipped. As such, there is no guarantee whether they pass EU requirements. Considering so many items from Aliexpress/Shein are wayyy over the limit of toxic cancerous substances, I would NOT trust these to be safe to wear, especially so close to the skin.

The order was not fully delivered in the first place. After many attempts to contact them there was no answer. Only by email the was no other option to reach them. After almost a month and still without any response a mail arrived that a new delivery was scheduled. So at almost to months total and with no communication I finally got the full delivery witch compared to an other site the same item was of lower quality. I would definitely not place an other order again.

The measures didn’t fit the size of my bed/mattress's and I even ordered an extra size!

Misleading website. The product arrived from china very poor quality. And you can find the same extact product on temu for a third of the price. Label on the t-shirt in Chinese. They didn’t even bother to change it with the correct brand name. To avoid
