Did not receive call from mobile mechanics telling me when they would come like an email advised I would. They showed up and told me they couldn’t help as it was not parked on a private drive despite the AA guy who initially helped me telling me to part there on the street as it was flat and quiet he even called someone to check it would be fine with the mobile mechanics and they said yes. As the mobile mechanics did not replace my starter motor I was advised by an agent I would not be charged for this Interaction however £102 was taken from my bank. I had to complain and get the Call listened to before being granted a refund and then told it would take 28 days to get my money back. Absolutely shocked by this level of service.

Helpful service, good communication

Great service and located the issues right away.

Booked via my AA app - easy to book and considering vehicle was serviced at home was much cheaper than a garage. Kept informed off booking - mechanic called before arrival, was pleasant and friendly - no mess on driveway - happy with service provided.

The checks weren't actually done, I've chased it up politely and been completely ignored and now I need to book my car in for a real service somewhere else

The mechanic arrived on time and was very courteous and helpful would definitely use this service again and recommend to others

After the car servicing was done on 2/10/26 I'm everyday getting notifications on my dashboard which says, your tyre sensors can't be found, and my emergency assistance is on. I try to locate the sensors and restore it but the same issue keeps on occurring everyday. These are issues that occurs when am yet to service my car and not after I have done the servicing. I called and made a complaint about the issue but I was told that it wasn't an emergency so no one can come to rectify the situation even though this issues started after you have done the servicing of my car. I keep on experiencing this everyday and don't know what I can do about it since you are not willing to help even though you are the one who caused it. I don't think I will ever do my servicing with you anymore.

The AA where unable to complete my service due to not having the ability to reset the service indicator on the car, but have still charged me £150

Oil service. Overfilled. Warning light came on. Had to wait three days for it to he drained again. Not good.

A great service, the mobile mechanic was fantastic that knew his job and how to get on with it, thanks to him I won't hesitate to book again when I need a repair or a service, he is a great asset to the AA Association, thanks again.

The mechanic was very efficient with a great work attitude. Ideal service to have the convenience of having it done at home.

They failed to inform me when they would be calling twice. They sent me duplicate emails totalling 20 in all. They informed me that payment had been declined when in fact it had been paid. Totally confusing. The work done was fine and the mechanics were excellent.
