The mechanic arrived when I was told he would did what he needed to do and left was very quick and uncomplicated, Brilliant. This is the second time I have used this service and would highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't want the hassle of waiting around for their car to be ready.

The AA were excellent with their service and I am happy that my van is up and running again. The AA car engineer worked in the pouring rain and a high wind, but Fergus carried on working and completed an excellent job.

Excellent service all round!
Excellent service all round, from the booking experience and me having to call to rearrange the appointment, due to a doctor appointment, to the extremely friendly, efficient guy who carried out the service. He went above and beyond and put up with me asking the odd question! 😁. He was very thorough and couldn't have been more friendly and amenable - I only wish I knew his name, so I could praise him on here.
I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again or to recommend it to anyone - and all done on our own driveway!

The first appointment was cancelled last minute by AA. A week later a very nice young mechanic came and did a check but he couldn’t give me a solution. Instead he said d take the vehicle to Nissan. I could’ve done that on the first place and saved £79.20 to put towards my proper service. Also I keep getting ridiculous update emails from the AA about the service happening on 5th October when that date has long passed. I think my expensive AA membership should have covered the mechanic coming out. Especially since my car is no better off.

The AA mechanic turned in the afternoon…
The AA mechanic turned in the afternoon without a phone call in the morning saying he would arrive at whatever time. However, he was friendly and did the required diagnostic check. After taking the car on a test run and ruling out foxes eating through ABS cables ( made of soy, who knew), the problem indicated to a 'advise that the right rear will (wheel?) have assembly which includes the ABS sensor be replaced'. So now trying to get the car into a garage to get a new right rear abs wheel bearing assembly fitted. Hopefully this will clear the problem of the warning lights on the dash panel permanently staying on. The jury's out!🤔 as it wasn't a definite answer that I wanted, but we'll see.

Very pleased with AA mobile mechanic - extremely convenient service option for those living and working nowhere near a garage. Allowed me to continue working throughout. Communication on what to expect was good. Mechanic was within the allocated time slot, was friendly and professional (even in the rain!). I like the detailed checklist and report. Will recommend and use this service again.

Mechanic called Dylan arrived within the alotted time and carried out the service, weather was not the best, but all work carried out to a great standard. 5 stars.

Well the car service was for a week…
Well the car service was for a week before. I agreed to another date as the mechanic was ill. The guy wrongly booked me for morning session when I had a job interview. No one answered the phone to cancel and rebook. It took ages. Stressful. I emailed that useless CEO of AA and he didn't even bother to respond. The guy who turned up was lovely and polite and did the job nicely. I won't use again as their customer service is crap
