Initial contact was somewhat difficult, after that service was excellent and speedy.
I do believe a reintroduction of membership cards would be welcome

The rescue man was called Ihor and was extremely helpful and out my mind at ease with his efficiency and speed and fitted a new battery in no time at all for me and I wish to thank him whose name was Ihor as he was so kind and extremely helpful.

At 5:00 AM, I discovered I had a loose tire and, of course, I didn't have any tools to swap the tire for a spare, even though it turned out to be a simple and easy mammoth job. That's not the point. The point is that I contacted my insurance company, AA, and was confident that only with their help could I solve this problem. I had to go to work that morning. Thanks to them, I was able to resolve the issue and get to work on time. Special thanks to AA and its team for the quick service and the prompt work. Thank you all so much!!!

My car wouldn't start and my insurer sent AA Breakdown Assistance to my home. They arrived within the expected time frame and kept me updated as to their ETA regularly. The WhatsApp chat feature is great, easy to use and quick for updates. The breakdown technician was Darren and he was outstanding. So helpful, polite and reassuring. He ran a diagnostic,found that the battery needed replacing and advised me of next steps. All round, a great experience!

Today I renewed my car insurance policy with AA. I had to speak to three different agents in order to do so. The first agent I dealt with was very nice but when I went to print out my insurance disk I noticed that the car reg was incorrect. I contacted customer service and waited 20 minutes to speak to someone. The lady I spoke to was quite rude. She spoke over me several times and blamed the error on a “glitch”. She kept me on the line for over 30 minutes and then told me that she had listened back to the conversation with her supervisor to verify it. Why she needed to do this on my time was beyond me. She then arranged to call me back after 30 minutes while she tried to waive an additional charge of €87.69 from my policy due to the car change. She rang back after just 10 minutes even though I told her I wouldn’t be available. Trying to avoid speaking to me again I assume. I then had to contact customer service yet again to eventually resolve the issue. The whole thing was so frustrating and stressful and not at all straightforward as it should be!! Very disappointing.

It was so easy to book a call out via the app and then be able to see the progress of the breakdown assistance on the app. Very helpful and friendly man came, even though his shift was finished. He helped me off the main road and then called a pick up truck to bring my car back home with me.All very friendly and easy going though both drivers were technically off duty.

The maintenance man was at my house within 15 mns. He was very helpful and kind. He got the car started and recommend I go to my garage to get it checked out.

I've been with the AA car insurance 2 years now and renewing for my 3rd third time. There was an issue with a claim I made last year in relation to this year's no claims(not giving more detail) but since my issue began with my renewal coming up this year I have been dealing with a Josh Carabini with the AA customer care. I was frustrated due to the situation, but Josh has incredible patience and professionalism to help me through the process of getting a new policy set up. He's an absolute gentleman and a credit to the AA and I hope he's truly treated well and appreciated there. He is a very large reason as to why im renewing with the AA again this year. Besides this there service every year is great, value is good and offers are respectable. Can't recommend the AA car insurance company and Josh and his team any higher. Dealt with a man named Sean on 2 different occasions also and he's polite and professional. Thanks very much

Great service when car broke down. Arrived on time and arranged to get my car to the garage with no fuss.

Got two punctures and within one hour the breakdown truck arrived and in two hours the vintage car was back in its garage.

Very responsive, really good service. I generally hate having to deal with car issues and have found them nothing but useful, friendly, on time and such good value

Sorted out my Car Insurance Renewal recently. If I remember his name correctly, I had a lovely interaction with a fella called Ryan on March 3rd around 3pm. Super lovely bloke, superb customer service and just great craic to chat with. He’d be a good mate of mine if i could find him!
Keep that fella around, he is for sure a top performer and pass on his contact details, need to grab a pint with him.

Thank u to AA who got me out of harms way on a darkk and cold evening, horrible noise coming from my undercarriage and was too worried to keep driving. All now sorted thanks too friendly and capable assistance. Very thankful
