We ordered this and accidentally leftâŠ
We ordered this and accidentally left our shipping address as billing address so the item was getting delivered to an old address. We reached out to support who said they canât help because the item was already shipped. A week later the item was shipped to the wrong address and delivered
Making customer service useless liars
I ordered on Tuesday Night on the 29th, immediately noticed the wrong address and contacted online support Tuesday night.
Also called first thing during Wednesday 30th during business hours as soon as support lines opened.
Customer service said it was already despatched and out of timeframe for amendments.
The following Monday on the 5th a full 5 days later is when we Received the email notification that the order had been dispatched?
2 days later on Wednesday the delivery company had collected the item and and delivered 2 hours later to the wrong address.
So either the timeframe for amending and order is 0 business hours, or you have a support team who delight in providing the most frustrating experience possible whenever a customer makes a small mistake during the ordering process.
Just donât buy directly from them and you will be fine.

Iâve ordered three of the glass bottles after being using the plastic ones for months. I was excited about moving to glass and using the same way of sanitation.
The bottles donât close properly and every time I put them in the microwave the leads pop.

Best customer service around! Their products are great, but on the off chance that one stops working/is faulty they are so prompt and understanding. My pump stopped working and they quickly sent me a new one.

Avoid Couriers Please at all cost
Tommee Tippee uses Couriers Please to deliver their products.
Unfortunately Couriers Please is one of the worst delivery services. I can't even contact them about my parcel
For some reason the Post Office refused to accept my parcel and now I can't even contact Couriers Please. They have no phone number, you can only leave a message on their bot chat.
I will be avoiding Tommee Tippee and Couriers Please in the future

This machine is great for early morning feeds, makes it much easier to get my son fed.
Only room for improvement is with the postage. They uses Couriers Please who have 1.4 stars on google reviews. They first lost the parcel, then didnt bother to follow up even on my enquiry email for 12 days. STOP USING THESE DEADBEATS TO POST THINGS.
Luckily the TT team sent me a new machine out after 5 days when the other one never turned up.
