Best customer service from JADE!!!
I messaged Tommee Tippee Facebook page to make aware that I followed all instructions on the box to self sterilise the bottles and it did not work out. JADE was AMAZING with communication she was fast, kind and very helpful I explained my situation and she had all ears and even gave me FREE bottles that I was not expecting at all. So thank you Jade for your time and effort in understanding my situation and having a great outcome!

I sent a Facebook message to Tommed Tippee AU asking where I could purchase different size flanges for my pump - not only were they super quick at replying to me but they sent me 2 sets of flanges in the size I needed for FREE ( I was more than happy to pay for these). Totally recommend TT

Was having issues with my breast pump causing damage as the horn was too big, spoke to customer service where they helped me with sizing and test out two new sizes.

It’s 2.18am and I am writing this review only for the great services I have received from Sophie! Excellent customer service. My Tommee Tippee Dreammaker Sleep Aid is not working properly, Sophie tried her best to help and troubleshoot and finally sending me a new replacement! I am beyond greatful. So happy that I choose this brand. I will definitely recommend to everyone. 😀

absolutely incredible service
my cat chewed a hole in the air hose of my electric breast pump, i messaged tommee tippee asking if they sold parts as i couldn’t find them and Jenna replied saying she has sent me two. Absolutely incredible service im so greatful i will certainly recommend anyone to get a tommee tipped pump not only because it works great but cause the company has the best service around.

I purchased the electric steriliser, FTM and was having trouble with the cleaning instructions. Emailed for support and Beverly got back to me very quickly detailing what's steps I needed and how to complete. Very happy with my product and customer service!

The product is great but the shipping…
The product is great but the shipping was terrible. I order online so I don't have to spend time driving to get something. Despite telling the shipper to leave it on the porch, it was taken back to a post office that is 25 minutes away (there are at least three closer post offices). So I wasted nearly an hour in the car.

Gives incorrect amount of water
This item is inconsistent with how much water it gives. We tested it 5 times in a row with a measuring cup after noticing it was giving 25ml less water each time. It has never given anywhere close to enough water. Usually between 20ml and 25ml less than the selected amount. Very disappointed as this is dangerous to the child and apparently can cause seizures

Great customer service
Great customer service! After having issues with leaking bottles they figured out I was sterilising them wrong causing the bottles to warp and leak and even though it was my fault they still sent me a new pack of bottles which I was not expecting 😊

Easy and quick process
I purchased a Tommee Tippee electric pump a few years ago when I had my first baby. Now that I need to use the pump, I contacted Tommee Tippee support team via facebook chat and the process was a breeze, and I was sent new replacement parts. I no longer have to worry if old parts could be affecting the pump's performance.

Talked to a lovely helpful lady named Soph today and she’s been more than happy to help me in every way possible with my questions. Have had a bit of trouble with the horn sizing but she has helped me to the full extent and has sent out some different horn sizes and provided me with very helpful information :) VERY pleased with her customer service!!
