Old prep machine blew up . Purchased 7 years ago , using on 2nd child. New one like the new look & works just as good. Like the light feature on it n screen . Highly recommend for anyone using formula. Makes it quick & easy to make bottles

Amazing and prompt customer service. I dealt with Jo and Jakob who were super helpful in sending different flange sizes for my breast pump. They were great at following up with me through different channels.

I reached out to find where to purchase replacement parts for a breastpump I was given. My inquiry was warmly received and my chat consultant was very prompt and helpful. I was supplied with the replacement parts in a prompt and efficient manner.

Had the best experience with customer service, both on call (with Angel), and through Facebook (with Rowan and Sam). I was facing problems with a product and they shipped spare parts to me for free and so very easily. Highly recommended!

Smaller Flange (19mm)
Debbie & Soph handled my query quickly & efficiently!
A smaller flange was required for the “made for me” pump & shipment of the correct size was arranged straight away.
