Do not buy the perfect prep machine. A kettle does just as good a job. You might as well buy a keep warm kettle that keeps the water at 38 degrees. It’s a lot cheaper.
Every bottle I made with this machine my baby didn’t drink it. When I just poured the water from the kettle and mixed the formula she would drink it.

When I had lost a part and contacted them to try and replace it, they sent me one so easy, free of charge. Very happy and pleased with that customer service

2.5 business days and i am still waiting for an update to my order.
I replay email to the order confirmation and it bounces back saying their email doesn’t exist.
No humans responding to me on their web chat.
Their number doesn’t connect.
All sorts of doubts starting to seep in now.

All I can say is WOW! It’s such an upgrade from the original Perfect Prep. So much easier to fill up the water filter as it’s a removable jug like. Don’t need to keep filling it up with a cup!
More efficient with temp control on my phone too! When Bub is unwell with a sore throat I can adjust the temp so the bottle is cooler. Quiet than the original too! Worth the purchase!!

Great that parts are free. However, annoying that the parts arrived and the are incorrect. Received wearable horn instead of hand held electric part.
Can I please have support to fix this?

I love Tommee Tippee, especially their customer service, which is second to none. I just requested some replacement parts for my pump and they have sent them to me, no hesitation! I have been using their products for all my babies (pregnant with number 4). Will always highly recommend Tommee Tippee!

I have not had a good overall experience with tommee tippee. Breast pump is bad. It leaks, not wearable. Even when assembled correctly. They will provide free parts and offer replacements, but this just showed me that they have no faith in their products either.
Breast pump hurts. Also difficult and complicated to assemble with a lot of parts that are difficult to clean. The collection cup alone has an inaccessible shape making it hard to wash and dry, also difficult to pour milk out of. This was exhausting to clean. To empty and put back in is too much effort, but only has 150ml capacity. Would soak my bra every day because it would leak, wasting so much milk. Collection cup didn’t even have to be full for it to leak, just had to be sitting in a natural position or leaning slightly forward doing the dishes.
I got a refund for my breast pump through retailer and I purchased the midwife mumma breast pump. This was so much more pain free compared to tommee tippe.
Steraliser I also purchased was broken, kept overheating from day one, without overloading and freshly descaled with vinegar.
Tommee tippee had apparently sent a replacement. A month and a bit later I messaged again. This had not been sent, so they sent another. Turned up, not the colour it was meant to be. I messaged again, all they could offer was a 20% discount to their website, which I stated that I wouldn’t use as I didn’t need any more items from there website. They didn’t even give it to me, they just asked me if I wanted it, like they were withholding this 20% discount that I can’t actually use.
All in all customer service people were nice, but I don’t understand how they could seriously mess up sending out a replacement. Meaning I went for about 6 weeks with a broken steraliser. Then send out the wrong colour. So now I have miss matched items in my kitchen, which I know isn’t a big deal, but I ordered that colour for a reason and they completely dismissed this and refused to rectify it.
