Het foute product ontvangen en na heel wat e-mails nooit het juiste product ontvangen na altijd wel een nieuwe belofte. Het zijn bedriegers!

Do not order from this company, it's a complete. I received the initial order but definitely did not subscribe to a monthly subscription. They continue to charge my account for $158 per month and i have not received any further deliveries. I have cancelled the subscription ai did not sign up for multiple times. Despite many email exchanges (I suspect with a robot ChatGPT) promising that the subscription I did not sign up for has been cancelled, I continue to receive emails to say "your order is on the way". I have contacted my bank to refuse any further requests for payment but may well have to end up cancelling my card altogether.

Please do not order from this company. They are a scam. They continue to charge my account after I have cancelled my subscription multiple times. Despite many promises and assurances I have not received a refund and am continuing to be charged.

This company is a fraud! They never shipped me my order, then sent a second order ( which i did not subscribe to). They keep sending me these emails saying they are looking into my shipment and will refund if lost. I have asked repeatedly for refund and now they are ghosting me. I am out hundreds of dollars with no recourse other than to report them everywhere I can. Anyone have any idea how to get my money back?
UPDATE FEB 27TH...they have promised me my refund to which I still haven't received..But they sent me 3rd Shipment!!! They send you these very apologetic emails saying they want you to keep the oriduct at a discount but if I send for refund they expect me to pay to send back to China!! This is the most untrustworthy company I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.

The product and ancillary lotions are fine, but when I asked to unsubscribe, I was ignored, and they're STILL sending me product I neither want nor can afford.

Very dishonest, and in clear breach of the rules around on-line trading.

Order placed and paid over 2 weeks ago. No movement on tracking number provided. Reached out to customer service. Apologised shipment delayed and would correct. Another week and still no movement requested refund and they advised would check into it. Have had no response and no refund.

Nachdem ich im Juni Selene Luxe plus und Ersatzklingen bestellt und gleich bezahlt habe musste ich wochenlang auf das bestellte Produkt warten. Zugestellt wurde mir ein sehr minderwertiges Produkt und nicht was ich bestellt habe. Nach der Reklamation wurde mir versprochen, die richtige Bestellung nochmals zu schicken. Nach vielen Mails und Versprechungen ist es bis heute nicht passiert.
Auf e-Mails wird jetzt auch nicht mehr geantwortet.
Sehr unseriös, daher eine schlechte Bewertung, damit anderen Kunden nicht das gleiche passiert.

Oplichters, de 5 sterren zijn ook nep aangezien het hier gaat om pure oplichting. Trap er niet in! Niks bestellen, je bent je geld gegarandeerd kwijt.

Mensen bestel aub niets bij deze bedriegers want je bent sowieso je geld kwijt. Wanneer je contact neemt krijg je een zogezegde Laura of Sophie die " héél vriendelijk!!!!" je mail beantwoordt met uitvluchten, verzinsels,zoekend naar een gepaste oplossing ( bij mij was het het koeriersbedrijf dat hun in de steek zou hebben gelaten en zouden ze op zoek zijn naar een andere om dan zo snel mogelijk te kunnen versturen) Nu, 5 maanden later hebben ze die blijkbaar nog steeds niet gevonden. BEDRIEGERS, AFZETTERS, GELDTROGGELAARS zijn het meer niet.

Per ongeluk 3x besteld, omdat ik het niet van mijn creditcard afgeschreven zag worden.
Gemaild dat er 2 bestellingen geannuleerd moesten worden. Geen reactie.
3 bestellingen gekregen, maar krijg geen contact meer met het bedrijf.
Het bedrag is van mijn zus haar creditcard afgeschreven.
een heel vreemd verhaal.
Maar ze reageren nu nergens meer op, maar kunnen wel in contact met het creditcard bedrijf.
Ze hebben ook het geld, maar geven gewoon geen terugkoppeling om mijn mails!!!!

Het juiste product (wel goedkoop alternatief) niet ontvangen! In eerste instantie wel goede hoop op correcte afhandeling, maar deze hoop is nu na 4 maanden wel vervlogen, er wordt ook niet meer gereageerd op mijn mails.

Dropship bedrijf. Je bent je geld voorgoed kwijt en ontvangt een prulding van twee euro. Slechte (lees: eerlijke) reviews worden verwijderd van de site.

De Luxe+ is een toppertje! Het maakt mijn huid super zacht en is erg makkelijk in gebruik. Klein en handing voor onderweg.

Zeer goed product. Donkere vlekken op mijn gezicht begonnen na een een maand te verdwijnen. Ik bedekte mijn gezicht mert een dikke toepassing van make-up om de donkere vlekken te verbergen en nu is het weg.
