I just downloaded their app. They asked to charge me .01 to have a payment method on file. I agreed to that. I never booked any ride with them, but a charge came through for over $50 US after I left Florence. Luckily Iâm still nearby and can go to the police. This company is a SCAM and THIEVES!!!!

Tried to book a taxi while in France which we never used as we waited for over an hour for confirmation of our booking. Spoke to an employee at Utilogo to cancel the taxi as the cancel button on the booking site didnât work. You are asked to enter card details upon booking and £0.01 wil be taken which is a no show guarantee.
3 days later took £42.92 from my account without my authorisation which I didnât notice on the day. Today they took another £43.27, again without my authorisation.
Nearby £100 out of pocket for a taxi I never used. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!
EDIT: In response to your reply no I did not sign up to a subscription via your website. The book cab was via a Google search to book local taxis. Nowhere was it displayed that I was signing up for a subscription!!!! And I also did not receive any texts regarding the âsubscriptionâ I signed up for. I think the numerous reviews experiencing the same as me says it all!
